- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The City of San Luis Obispo is conducting road repairs on Terrace Hill Drive from April 21 through June 2025. Work includes asphalt removal, utility adjustments, and paving. Construction will occur Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM. No parking signs will be posted 72 hours in advance of each work phase. Some noise and traffic impacts may occur during this time.
- EV charging is available on-site but only runs from 12 PM–12 AM.
Parking Details:
- This home offers electric vehicle charging. Charging will turn on from 12am - 9am for guests to charge their car overnight.
- Guests may park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Please do not park in front of any of the neighbors’ homes.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
