Es gibt viel Platz zum Parken in diesem Gated House. Genießen Sie die Landschaft, nur wenige Minuten von Weinproben, Olivenölverkostungen und wunderbaren Restaurants entfernt.
Das Haus hat einen offenen Grundriss. Die Frühstücksbar am Morgen ist ein perfekter Ort, um einen Kaffee zu trinken und den Tag zu planen. Eine schöne 15-minütige Fahrt nach Templeton und Sie können ein köstliches Frühstück im Joe's oder der Küchenzeile genießen. Nach einem guten Essen sind Sie bereit, die Weingüter zu besuchen! So viele zur Auswahl! Einer unserer Favoriten ist Pomar Junction. Sie haben eine großartige historische Kombüse und es finden viele lustige Veranstaltungen statt. Die Weingüter in der Region El Pomar sind endlos. Auf dem Weg nach Hause sollten Sie The Groves auf der 41 (auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Summer Place) besuchen, um eine großartige Olivenölprobe zu genießen. Nehmen Sie eine Flasche des preisgekrönten Olivenöls mit nach Hause, um im Summer Place eine fantastische Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Summer Place ist zentral gelegen. Nur 25 Minuten zum Mid-State Fairgrounds, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle oder San Luis Obispo.
Wenn Sie bereit sind, das Haus zu genießen, werden Sie es offen und einladend finden. Die Küche grenzt an den Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer. Sie werden unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge und Sterne in Hülle und Fülle erleben. Auf Shooting Stars wurden das ganze Jahr über viele Wünsche bei Summer Place gestellt!

Pictures don’t do this property justice!

The house was much larger than the pictures show and the whole outside area was absolutely the highlight for us and our two senior dogs. They loved sunbathing in the beautiful backyard. I saw some reviews that mentioned that they had initial issues with the spa, but I found it very simple to turn on/off. It has a timer as well which ensures that it doesn’t overheat you. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hosts were great communicators. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful sanctuary in the heart of wine country.

This property was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Both indoor and outdoor space were well appointed. Beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Several very nice touches throughout the house. The location is fantastic! A very short drive to multiple wineries, also a short drive to an amazing section of the California coast - several quaint towns with excellent food and shopping.

We enjoyed being in the Atascadero area vs. Paso where we usually stay. One caution: if you want to have wine with dinner at a Paso restaurant, have a designated driver as the road is windy in one spot and the driveway a bit hard to find in the dark (a flag on the mailbox would help!). The backyard is a great place to unwind after a day of tasting or adventure.

Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Lots of outdoor accommodations and strong quiet air conditioning should the temps rise. A little far from SLO, but plenty going on in Templeton and Atascadero - and close to Paso wining and dining. BONUS: Tons of cute bunnies in the backyard!

Great place, few hiccups

The place itself is amazing - the waterfall spa is so fun, the house is spacious and clean, check in was easy and painless. However we ran into a few issues during our stay - the wall the refrigerator was plugged into apparently lost power, so the food we had in the fridge spoiled. We also experienced a loss of water pressure on our last night, so no water was coming through the sinks/showers/toilets. The property manager was communicative and the issues didn’t ruin our stay, but they were fairly inconvenient. Without those hiccups, this would definitely be a 5 star place!!

Beautiful home

Everything was great, property is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was a little bumpy, wrong door code. A quick phone call fixed that. I would stay again if we were in the area, the outdoor jacuzzi was awesome. Only complaint, two days before the end of our stay we had maintenance people show up unannounced, guy on a ride on mower, and a guy spraying the yard. Automatic gate in front they have a code to, my dog was outside and could have gotten out onto the main road. 2 other maintenance people showed up after that, I feel that the tenants should be made aware that people are coming to maintain the property. I have no issue if I know beforehand. Dog out front, kids in back, no notice can create safety and privacy issues.
