Upon entering Bluff Villa 1799, you will discover an air-conditioned open floor plan with a Murphy bed that folds into the wall. When you book this charming studio condo, you are granted access to the South Beach Racquet Club's tennis and pickleball courts (racquetball access is available for an additional fee).

Things to Know
You can access the Harbour Town pool for an additional fee of $25/day or $85/week for 5 people (paid directly to an attendant at the pool). Fees may apply for additional people. The pool is open from May 1st to October 1st.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
