Diese Villa ist ideal fĂŒr Paare. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer öffnet sich zu einer privaten Terrasse mit Blick auf das GelĂ€nde und die Lagune. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Flachbildfernseher (Netflix, Hulu, Prime und mehr) ausgestattet und hat Zugang zum Badezimmer auf dem Flur.

In der NĂ€he der exklusiven Hafenstadt gelegen. Diese gut ausgestattete Villa ist der Traum eines Tennisspielers. Es gibt 4 SandtennisplĂ€tze (fĂŒr GĂ€ste kostenlos) und einen Swimmingpool vor Ort.

Perfect RBC getaway and more!

We checked in on the Saturday of the RBC and entering into Sea Pines was a challenge, but Mitch went above and beyond to make sure we were able to arrive to the townhouse without issues. After arriving, we found the place to be super clean and true to photos. I loved the convenience of being able to walk to the golf tournament and also Low Country Produce (our favorite breakfast place). Everything was perfectly stocked and the bed was super comfy. The back patio area was relaxing and a great place to enjoy a wind down glass of wine. I would 100% rent this townhouse again. Thank you Mitch for a great stay!

Perfect for a couples getaway!

This villa is lovely, well stocked, in a great location with comfy bed, lagoon view, nice furnishings, and extremely clean and ready for our arrival. Great place for a weeklong getaway

Condo/apartment was exactly as advertised and in a great location in Harbor Town. Easy access to the many miles of bike trails. Sorry the pool wasn't open yet, but we are a little early in the season I suppose. Fully equipped and a nice place to stay.

Wonderful!!!

Villa was just as advertised; clean, great view, well stocked, comfortable bed and good amenities. We loved the close proximity to Harbourtown. We walked there in the evenings to watch the sunset. The trolley to the beach was very convenient and Mitch had beach chairs, toys and boogie boards available to use. They even had excellent pillows! Mitch was quick to respond and kind. We will definitely stay her again!!

Absolutely perfect!

A friend and I spent six days at this property, and it was ideal! Th home is very clean and well stocked. Mitch was very easy to work with and communicated quickly. The kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook. We rented bikes our first full day on the island and never needed a car. Several good restaurants are a 10–15-minute walk from this property. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Get Away

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We learned of this property from friends who had stayed there previously. This condo was an excellent choice for our stay. The property was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The location was within walking distance of Harbour Town where we went for breakfast daily, as well as for a cruise excursion, and shopping. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to HHI.

Gorgeous Villa

We stayed in this gorgeous villa to celebrate my birthday. We loved it! Mitch and Brenda made it extra special for us, they are so appreciated. The view of the lagoon was beautiful on the back patio, we saw deer and a heron. Super close to the beach with a quick ride on the trolley right outside the door. The villa was so clean and comfortable, even better than the pictures! The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. Everything was perfect.

Sea Pines Respite

This was an ideal unit for a three day break in our winter sojourn south. The owner was prompt in responding to our interest in booking. After our arrival we had a question about the tv remote and we received a timely call back. This is a clean, compact unit close to Harbor Town. We used to washer and dryer to catch up on travel laundry. We rented bikes and rode miles of bike paths from our front door. Very happy with our decision to stay here.

There was only 2 pictures that didn’t fit the listing. It looked like it was walking distance to ocean front and a bar/restaurant area within the complex. Definitely wasn’t not a dealbreaker but never being there before it was deceiving. The pool/tennis court codes should be in the welcome email or at the unit so we didn’t have to bother the owner. These are minor items and overall loved our stay.

Perfection! Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I just stayed in Mitch’s wonderful property and wish we could give his place a higher rating than a 10/10. From the beginning of our booking, to the our departure, communication with Mitch was outstanding! We let him know that we would be arriving late and when we did, the lights were on welcoming us. The directions, door code, and departure information was so easy to understand and Mitch was readily available if we had any questions. The condo could not have been cleaner and there was not a single item not available for our use. So many thoughtful details were waiting for us to enjoy and to help make our stay special and memorable. We were on this vacation to celebrate our anniversary, and Mitch did everything he could to make our stay beautiful. Having a first floor unit was so helpful as we were able to store our bikes on the back porch and still have so much room to relax and look at the beautiful surroundings. We could not stop looking outside at God’s beautiful creation. So peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect and so close to Harbor Town, the fantastic bike paths, and easy to access roads. We love to bike ride and we could not have chosen a more perfect location to do so. Hilton Head stole our hearts and staying in such a wonderful place made the trip one we will never forget. If we are blessed to be able to return to our new favorite destination, we would love to stay in Mitch’s beautiful place again.
