Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Welcome to this Gulf Front Sanctuary!  This stunning 2-bedroom 2-bath condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.  Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Gulf.  This condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home!  Spacious living room with sleeper sofa, master bedroom with king-size bed, spare bedroom with 2 twin beds to sleep 6 people comfortably.  Step outside onto your private balcony and let the Gulf breeze envelop you.  Sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as you watch the sun dip below the horizon, casting vibrant hues across the water.  This Gulf-front condo offers amenities such as 2 beachfront pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, an arcade, and basketball courts.  On-site Bikini Bob's bar and grill.  You will be so relaxed, you will not want to leave!! What's Nearby: Summit Beach Resort is just a few minutes from numerous restaurants.  Hammer Head Freds is right across the street, and many others are less than a 10-minute walk or a short drive away.  Family-friendly attractions such as Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe it or not, Shipwreck Island Water Park are within 5 miles, as well as multiple beach supply stores such as Alvin's Island and Sunsation's.  St Andrews State Park is less than 5 miles away, where you can catch the Shuttle boat to Shell Island or enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, and more.  Via direct beach access, you will find activities such as beach volleyball, parasailing,g and much more!



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).
