The open-concept living area offers breathtaking views of the tranquil lake through large windows that bathe the space in natural light. Relax on the plush couches or enjoy a home-cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials for culinary creations.

The Lake House boasts 2 spacious living/family rooms, 4 large bedrooms (all with lake views), 1 full kitchen, 1 kitchenette, and 3.5 baths. All areas of the house have been thoughtfully decorated for your comfort and vacation needs.

• The covered deck with a lakefront view offers seating for 9 while enjoying your morning coffee or while grilling out with the family/friends.
- Screened in Porch:
• Nestled to the right of the deck and with direct access to the kitchen, there is dining for 8 on those cool summer nights without the hassle of pesky bugs.
- Grill:
• The gas grill is a culinary enthusiast's dream. It features a large cooking surface and high-performance burners, perfect for searing steaks or juicy burgers.

Downstairs Patio
- Patio Seating:
• The covered patio boasts dining and relaxing seating for 8, in total.
- Gas Firepit:
• As the sun sets and the cool night air descends, enjoy relaxing in 4 adirondack chairs in front of a gas firepit while looking over the lake.
- Hot tub:
• Our 8-person hot tub offers an abundance of space, providing room for everyone to soak, chat, and revel in the soothing waters together. As day turns into night, the hot tub transforms into an enchanting aquatic retreat with its mesmerizing LED lighting. The hot tub is sanitized and water levels are confirmed prior to guests each guest’s arrival.

Backyard
- Pool:
• Where do we start?! Step into a world of endless summer and relaxation with our backyard pool overlooking the lake. The pictures speak for themselves. The pool area is perfect for fun in the sun while offering 2 small dining locations with retractable umbrellas, 4 lounge chairs, and pool floats for guests to use.
- Private Dock:
• This house has a private dock able to host 2 boats with exclusive access to explore, fish, or swim. Water depth is between 4-5 feet during the summer. It’s recommended no boats over 30 feet.
• Electronic lift – There is the option to leverage the electronic lift to hoist your boat out of the water. Permission to use the lift must be granted by the host.
- Kayak’s & Paddleboards:
• Guests can use any of the 2 kayaks or 2 paddleboards to explore the quiet cove.
- Firepit (Wood Burning):
• Step into the realm of imagination and wonder outside of the tree house entrance, where stories are born and shared, around the Storyteller's Fire Pit. This enchanting gathering place is where the magic of storytelling comes alive, and the night sky becomes the backdrop for your most cherished tales. Our log seating for 10 complements the natural surroundings.


The Treehouse (Pirate’s Paradise):

Prepare to embark on a journey of swashbuckling adventures and tree-bound escapades in our Pirate's Paradise – a remarkable heated and cooled treehouse adorned with a thrilling rope bridge and a pirate ship lookout a stone’s throw from the lake house. Sleeping quarters:
- It comfortably sleeps 4 guests, ensuring that everyone has ample space to rest and relax. With a thoughtfully designed sleeping quarters, you'll drift off to sleep to the gentle rustling of leaves.
