With room for up to 16 guests, Summer Cove offers luxury inside and out, from its stylish interior to its private dock and lakefront fire pit.

Step inside to an open-concept main level filled with natural light and elevated lake house design. The living room invites you to relax with plush seating, a Smart TV, and large sliders that lead to a screened-in porch with panoramic lake views. Just beyond, the elegant dining area offers seating for eight, perfectly situated between the living space and the heart of the home—the fully equipped chef's kitchen. Outfitted with high-end appliances and thoughtful touches, this kitchen is ideal for prepping large meals together or even hosting a private chef experience. Just off the kitchen is the custom-built bar with a huge island, where guests can gather, play games, catch the game, or craft a round of signature cocktails.

On the main level, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a spa-inspired bathroom with a glass shower and dual vanities. Two additional queen bedrooms share a beautifully updated hall bath, providing privacy and comfort for all.
Downstairs, the fun continues. The lower level includes a cozy family room with built-in XL twin bunks—perfect for teens to sleep and hang out in their own space. Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
