Brand New Luxurious Modern Farmhouse with Pool and Hot Tub - Beauitful Views!

Welcome to Luna's Lake Life - a freshly built (end of 2022), luxurious Modern Farmhouse with pool and hot tub! This peninsula lot includes over 600' of waterfront and some of the longest views you will find on Lake Norman and is an entirely flat lot! Enjoy both sunrise and sunset views with a roughly 4400 square foot home with all of the amenities you would expect in a luxury Lake Norman vacation rental!

As soon as you walk in the front door, you'll be greeted with huge water views - wait until you open up the folding set of doors! Step outside and enjoy our poolside lounge chairs or covered seating area. Ready for a great fire and Smores? Head out to our lakeside firepit and let yourself enjoy the peace and quiet of the big water, located just far enough away that you'll only occasionally see a boat past by. Other great amenities include 4 kayaks - 2 adult and 2 kids and your dedicated dock.

On the inside, you'll immediately enjoy that luxurious feel! All 3 of the primary bedrooms include a full en-suite bathroom....and not to worry, the kids bunk bedroom does as well! With 7 SMART TV's, gas fireplace and a great game room with a classic Dale Earnhardt Jr pinball machine (I mean...we are in NASCAR country!, 60 game arcade on a flat screen TV, shuffleboard and an air hockey table there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Perfect lake house getaway

My family and I stayed for a long weekend, and we couldn't be happier. The property feels secluded, so it felt like we had our own island vacation! The pool and hot tub are amazing. Everything on the inside had such attention to detail that made our stay amazing. We are going to make this a yearly trip at this house.

Amazing Lake House

We had a great long weekend stay. Incredible views of Lake Norman from the back of the property. Very clean and comfortable with lots of things to do. You really don’t want to leave the house once you’re there. Will definitely be back!

Incredible Lake Norman stay

This home was beautiful and perfect in every way for 3 families with teens. The views were incredible, pool and hot tub were amazing. The home itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of thoughtful touches. The management company was so easy to work with, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!!!

The property was easy to find and was in a perfect location. I felt that the tablet at the entry was a great welcome, and the little things like the otems for s'mores were appreciated. A few more details about how the hot tub worked and the alarmed doors would have saved us some questions, but overall this pla e was fantastic.

Lake House Perfection

I can't say enough good things about this lake house. Every amenity has been thought of, and the hosts are excellent! Very quick to respond to any question/need that you might have. Fantastic layout gives you plenty of space to hangout together (or get away for a little quiet time). If we make it back down to Lake Norman, we will not hesitate to rent this house again!

Best vacation home

Words couldn’t describe how beautiful this home was. We celebrated our sons graduation and daughters 13th birthday there and I can honestly say the house was amazing. The pool was gorgeous and hot tub was perfect. There was just so much space for the kids. Our kids love the outdoors so the canoes came in handy. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and we would love to come back again. The game room was a plus to the home.

Absolutely wonderful

From the moment we drove up to this house we were thrilled. My wife's first words were “ I want this house”! I did too. The view is beautiful, the lake is on three sides on this place. The pool, fire pit, two docks, vanishing screens on the porch, high quality furniture in side and out. Having access to garage out car is a bonus. Huge, clean, beautifully decorated house with a game room for the kids with pinball, air hockey, etc… is cool. Drew the owner is fast to reply with any need and a really nice person as well. Thanks we plan to return!
