Our sophisticated one bedroom, one bath second-floor guest house apartment (separate from the main home with private entry) is the ideal space for individuals or couples who want to visit Atlanta in style. Located ideally in a beautiful and safe neighborhood in midtown Atlanta, you're within walking distance to Piedmont Park (one block), The Beltline (3 blocks), Fox Theatre, and The High Museum and the closest train (MARTA) station (about 5 blocks). What's more, it's just a short ride (approx. 1-3 miles) to The World of Coke, the Georgia Aquarium, Atlanta Zoo and Botanical Gardens. We're also surrounded by many of the best restaurants in the city, shopping, cafes, and more. You'll not find a better location in all of Atlanta!

Excellent mid-town location!

The property met all of my needs while in town for business. The location was amazing and the amenities were fantastic. Graham was amazing to work with and accommodated my need for a flexible check-in time and he communicated extremely well throughout my stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to rebooking it when I’m in Atlanta again.

Great place, beautiful neighborhood, lovely hosts, close to everything

We loved this property and will stay there again every time we're in Atlanta, which is fairly often. The space is beautifully appointed, affordably priced (better than hotels), parking is free and safe, and the hosts were delightful. We walked to restaurants, Patterson Park, and Trader Joe's. The aquarium was a short ride (it's amazing). So, all in all, it's a great place. Thanks for having us!

Excellent location in Midtown with perks!

One of the best Midtown ATL stays we’ve ever had! Graham’s place is a rare find. It has everything you need and comfortably sleeps 3. (Queen bed and soft sectional couch). Perks of the fridge, dishwasher, extra blankets make you feel right at home. Location is perfect and a quick walk or Uber away from everything! We will for sure be staying again. Thank you!
