The Home:
Our home (1600 sqft!) comfortably accommodates 8 people: two people on a comfortable king-size bed (all mattresses comfy memory foam) in the master bedroom (equipped with its own private full bathroom), two people on a queen bed in the second bedroom, two people on a queen bed in the third bedroom, two people on separate beds on a Twin Trundle bed, and even two more people on the modular sofa (not a pull out sofa bed, some light assembly required to move the modular sofa into a bed for two people). Clean soft bed sheets, pillows, and cozy warm blankets are provided with every stay.

The heated pool and backyard are completely fenced in so you have total privacy from the already quiet neighbors. In the shed are pool toys, a toddler lifejacket, beach chairs, extra umbrella, and cooler you're free to use at the beach (just please return to the shed).

Take advantage of our fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots, pans, and utensils. We have all cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil), and coffee available for you and your family.

Child's PACK & PLAY crib and Booster Seat are available for free use.

Please note: this IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Further, we provide Cable TV, wireless internet, unlimited access to a washer and dryer (we provide detergent), iron and ironing board.

Guest Access:
You and your family will have access to the entire house. Everything you see inside the cabinets and closets are for you to use - kitchen supplies, cooking essentials, coffee, tea, toilet paper, clean towels and sheets, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, iron, beach towels, and more! We will go above and beyond to make your stay feel just like home.

Please note: guests swim in the pool at their own risk, as there's no lifeguard on duty, and it's 6 feet deep at the deep end while 3 feet deep in the shallow end.

Smoking is allowed outside on the patio, and strictly prohibited inside the house.

Additional housekeeping is available at additional charges.

Small house trained dogs (under 20lbs) are ok only by approval and for a pet fee. We personally love to travel with our dog 'Buddy-boy', so we want to offer you the same option just please clean up after your pet so there are no additional charges, thank you.

Other Notes:
We have multiple personnel nearby for anything you may need.

Pool maintenance- our pool person comes on Wednesday mornings to service the pool.

Lawn care- our lawn crew comes biweekly to cut the grass (front and backyard) and will at times need to make noise briefly with leaf blowers and other tools.

Both teams are very attentive to our guests privacy and do a great job at working as fast and as quiet as possible.
