Don't forget to explore the historic Naples Pier, where you can watch breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

After a day of exploration, return to your comfortable oasis and unwind on the front porch or on the quad patio area, with barbecue grills and the quad pool; or the Village Center Community Pool with pool service. With a well-equipped kitchen, you can also prepare delicious meals using fresh local ingredients.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking. A Certificate of Approval from the HOA is required for amenity access.
Documents for service animals must be submitted to the HOA directly for approval via the online application.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
