Newly furnished top floor 2 Bed/2 Bath condo in Coral Falls of Lely Resort! 10 Min to Marco Island, 15 Min to Downtown Naples/5th Ave, as well as 2 public golf courses within Lely. This quiet end-unit comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a king bed in master and queen in guest room. Fresh paint, professionally deep cleaned, and all furnishings in the unit are brand new December 2021! Enjoy breakfast on the screened lanai, while taking in the beautiful grounds of Coral Falls. Pool and jacuzzi are steps away, and surrounded by immaculately maintained grounds/gardens. Parking and elevator right outside your door, this condo is suitable for seasonal snow birds, family vacations, or a quiet couples getaway. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shop!

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Hot tub, outdoor pool, clubhouse, BBQ grills, tiki hut picnic area.

Condo and entire complex are handicap accessible.

We had a great one-week stay at Angela’s condo in late December 2025. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time at the pool that was never crowded. Overall, it’s a very quiet location. There’s a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby, and 5th Avenue is only 13-15 min away.

Angela was a wonderful host. Her condo is very well equipped. She is also a great communicator, she answers queries very quickly. We had a problem with the water temperature in the guest bathroom shower, as soon as we let Angela know she sent a plumber to fix it immediately!Only one note for anyone with any sort of mobility issues, the bathrooms are not equipped with grab bars and the toilets are not comfort height. Other than that everything else was perfect.

This was a lovely condo for our vacation! Fresh paint and tasteful decor. kitchen was stocked with everything we needed other a blender. The owner was great at communicating with us throughout the week if we had questions. Easy check in and check out process. We enjoyed the screened in balcony that overlooked the community pool and hot tub! would highly recommend this rental unit!

Clean, well-kept, comfortable. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, top floor, cathedral ceiling in living room/dining area/kitchen. Kitchen is modern with all the necessary equipment. Angela was very good to work with—friendly, responsive. No complaints whatsoever! Highly recommended.

Condo was very comfortable, has all the services needed, except we Brits do like a kettle to make tea! We donated the one we bought at Walmarts for any future visitors from the UK. Condo bloc was well maintained, we enjoyed the use of the pool. Situation was excellent. not far from a Publix supermarket, banks, and some restaurants.

Wonderful host and lovely home

Angela is an excellent host. Kind, communicative and really takes pride in her home. She was super easy to get in touch with and quickly responded to any questions. Her home was super clean and well stocked. We appreciated that it was so close to my in-laws assisted living that we were visiting everyday as well as it being so close to any type of shopping or restaurant you could imagine. The pool was beautiful and well kept. The people who live there keep a close eye so that nothing out of control happens. Parking was easy. Four of us stayed comfortably. The pictures online are exactly what her home looks like. If we need to come to Naples again, we will most definitely be booking Angela’s condo. We were very happy there for the week. Thank you for everything!

Quiet, calm and lovely

Angela has gone out of her way to create a stylish, comfortable vacation property. The beds are super comfortable and the property is so well maintained and serene. You can sit outside and see only greenery and not hear a sound other than the birds! Angela was available to answer questions and she responded immediately when we had a brief issue with the wifi. I would highly recommend you do your research if you have never been to Naples before. We didn't realize that beach parking is non-existent, and that reservations are a must for every restaurant. So while Angela had beach chairs available, and we left some boogie boards, we weren't really able to get to the beach. That being said, we enjoyed the pool area and did a ton of amazing nature hikes.
