The complex has a heated pool, lounge chairs, spa with clubhouse, a picnic area and BBQ’s that guests are free to use. If golfing is your passion, you can enjoy golf on two public courses. A short walk takes you to Publix Supermarket, Home Goods, Burlington Coat Factory, Planet Fitness, Starbucks, Carraba’s, Millers Ale House, Roadhouse Grill, Chipotle, Pollo Tropical, Outback and so many other dining options and shops.

A 15-minute drive to the west of Coral Falls will bring you to the City of Naples, with some of the most stunning beaches on the coast of Florida. Here you will find a wide range of golf courses, fishing and watersports. Don’t forget to visit fabulous 5th Avenue and 3rd Street filled with sophisticated and delightful shops, cafes, restaurants, courtyards and antique fountains amidst lush colorful cascading flowers. There is also the lovely Old Town Naples with its shops and art galleries. Be sure to watch the gorgeous sunset over the famous Naples Pier on the white sandy beaches of Florida.

Wonderful Place

This is a great property that is clean and well maintained. It comes with all the amenities one needs for a short or long stay. And the location is perfectly situated between Naples and Marco Island. Lots of convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. We can't wait to go back.

Naples Vacation Gem

Everything you need for a great Naples vacation from kitchen accessories to beach chairs for your day at the beach. This unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Short drive to downtown Naples with coffee and grocery shopping within walking distance. We spent 10 wonderful days here.

Fun in the Sun!

Condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay! Property is close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Pool is fantastic! Spent almost everyday at the pool enjoying the sunshine!

This vacation condo is wonderful. We stayed for the month of May. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen very well stocked. The lanai is comfortable and private, the pool is perfect and very close. It is within an easy 5 min drive to grocery, restaurants, Michael’s, Home Goods, etc. Marco Island beach is close and also great. Aldo communicated and responded quickly to any questions. We hated to leave and hope to be back soon.

Just as advertised!

We had a wonderful at this condo! Everything was as advertised & the location of the condo (end unit, overlooking a nature preserve) was very peaceful. The unit had everything you needed and it was very clean and taken care of. We will definitely return next year!

Great stay

Thank you, Aldo. This was an ideal location for us and two teens to explore the Naples area. We appreciated how well stocked you kept the place - beach chairs, towels, coolers, all were put to use on trips to Marco Island, Naples, and Fort Myers Beaches. The entire complex is well maintained, quiet, and convenient to shops. We enjoyed the pool, screened in balcony, and comfortable furnishings. One highlight was Cosmos Pizza and a sunset at Barefoot Beach. Would do it again!

Comfortable Condo

Very comfortable condo that had mostly everything we needed during our stay. The Publix is very close by and the condo is located right off Collier which makes it very convenient. The screened lanai with table and chairs was very nice in the early morning and evening. The mattress was very comfortable but we will bring our own pillows and towels next time. We will also bring bug spray next time because the mosquitoes are very active during the summer months. We had some questions during our stay and Aldo was always very responsive. We are moving to Naples so we won’t have to rent again but would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Excellent Communication

Aldo had great communication with me and was very easy to get ahold of. The condo was very nice and was just like described in the listing. The spare bedroom had a full and a twin bed which was a plus for my teenager boys. The location was great in between downtown Naples and Marco Island. My mom lives in Naples so she was very close by. The pool was relaxing and everyone in the complex was extremely kind and friendly. The location was close to everything you need. My teens took a short walk to Jersey Mikes and Publix and loved being independent. I will definitely stay at this rental again. We were very comfortable.

Cozy Condo in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was in an excellent location, you can walk to restaurants and shopping. The area is beautiful and quiet. There are several communities near by to walk or ride your bike. My husband and I play Pickleball, the Naples Puckleball Center is just a few minutes drive from the condo. Would definitely rent this place again.

Location, Clean, Beautiful & Resort Like

This was a wonderful stay for many reasons! The location is perfect as it is close to the beach, to Naples Botanical Gardens, Starbucks, Publix, Catholic ChurchS, and many core stores are just a short drive YET you are secluded in a resort like environment next to Ole. The morning and evening walks take you through beautiful palm trees, lots of fountains, and just a gorgeous scenery. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with anything and everything you need. It is very well maintained and very clean. The communication with the owner was very quick and smooth. We stayed here while we looked for a permanent location to live in Naples. I highly recommend this gem!
