The kitchen has been updated with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar that opens to the living room. The designated dining area features seating for six. A stunning sunroom is located just off the living area, offering additional lounge space with a TV and access to the outdoor deck.

Just off the kitchen and living area is the full laundry room with a high-end washer and dryer set, so that you never have to leave home for household chores.

The primary suite features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and large en-suite bathroom. The private bathroom offers a dual vanity, as well as a massive walk-in shower with two shower heads.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside/Sparrow Pond Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalks 1 and 2.
