The primary bedroom offers a queen size bed and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed and shares a full size bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom includes two twin size beds perfect for little ones.

The front porch features comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil wooded views. The wraparound deck features a designated outdoor dining area, as well as an outdoor shower, perfect for cleaning off the sand after a day at the beach! Beach access is located just a short walk down the quiet, twisting road that takes you through the beautiful oak trees and pine trees of Sparrow Pond.

The Sparrow Pond Cottages are island vacation rentals set in a serene setting near West Beach Village. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside/Sparrow Pond Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.
