We had a generally good stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, pool and beach access were great, and sunbeds were always available. However, you can’t order drinks or food there unless you pay for all-inclusive, which we didn’t try.The apartment itself is good value if you’re 4 people, but for 2, it felt quite expensive. The location is excellent, and having access to the hotel facilities was a big plus. That said, the apartment had a few issues: we had a leak in the bathroom from the ceiling every day, leaving the floor wet, and there was a strong moldy smell that affected clothing, though you get used to it after a couple of days. The kitchen is really only suitable for breakfast, and the apartment isn’t 5-star quality, but it is spacious. The beds were comfortable, but the air conditioning was tricky—it tended to get too cold.The hosts were very responsive, providing lots of information and help, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a good experience, but the apartment was not quite as nice as expected.

We did not know about agreements with the hotel and had to ask a lot of questions.Just for owner information, the coffee pot did not work and and there is water dripping from the light in the master bedrm closet.

While the location is great and access to SOME of the resorts amenities is a plus the listing needs to be updated to reflect the CURRENT situation that existed during my stay. The safe was not available. Towels are NOT provided at the Pool. A few other minor innaccuracies. Most Importantly what was not disclosed nor included in the lease agreement is that the Host REQUIRES the thermostats to be set to 71. 6 F and has them locked with signs to not touch them leaving you with no climate control. Based on previous reviews it appears that the maintenance issues have not been resolved and may he getting worse. One bathroom has a broken shower door and floods during showers. The other has water coming from places other than the shower which causes flooding that gets worse during and after showering. Finally, during our stay, the thermostat fell slowly from 71.6 degrees on checkin to 67 by the time we had no choice to check out early due to these conditions making it unlivable for us. While the host was responsive and sent someone to attempt to correct these issues they were not solved and continued deteriorating until checkout. The host DID treat us fairly with regards to allowing us to check out early with refund of unused days plus an extra night to compensate for inconvienience since I would not have booked this place if the climate control issue was disclosed. This is potentially a great property but needs work

During your visit, the building was experiencing some maintenance challenges that unfortunately impacted a few units, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. Regarding the thermostat, the temperature setting is normally maintained within a specific range to protect the AC system and ensure efficient operation, but we understand that this did not meet your comfort expectations. We appreciate you bringing attention to how this was communicated so we can review and improve our listing details. We also sincerely apologize for the bathroom issues you encountered. Our team did attempt to address them during your stay, but we regret that the solutions did not resolve the situation to your satisfaction at the time. As mentioned, we were happy to offer an early checkout along with a refund for the unused nights and an additional night as compensation. Guest comfort and fairness are very important to us, and we always try to find reasonable solutions when unexpected situations arise. Thank you again for your feedback. We are actively working with the building management and our maintenance team to ensure these issues are properly resolved so future guests can fully enjoy what is truly a wonderful property and location.

Family Cancun Spring Break Trip!

Would recommend this place if you just need a place to lay your head for the evening. The place was freezing cold but when reached out to host contact was able to accommodate to help make the living space more comfortable temperature for the family. We bought one day of all day pass for family to enjoy buffet restaurant and drinks for the day but found it was not worth it as the food wasn’t that great overall with options to select for breakfast lunch and dinner. Drinks were probably the only thing worth it since they were unlimited but didn’t do it an other days we stayed. Hotel was okay but not much activities or events but great location by many restaurants and mall is across the way very convenient. Host was responsive during our stay which I really appreciated.

Excellent stay!!

Highly recommend this property for families looking for a space in close proximity to beautiful beaches and access to resort for all inclusive food or mall for restaurants. Ale was incredibly responsive and helpful our entire stay. She recommended a great baby sitter and helped us coordinate transportation. The apartment is simple and may be in need of some repairs, but it worked just fine for us.

In your suite you will have 2 bedrooms, living room, dining table and kitchenette, a full bathroom with great pressure and hot water, hair drier, closet , iron , TV, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, safe deposit box , first aid kit, access to Netflix, a minibar, a microwave and some amenities that we will leave for you as a “Welcome Kitt for a great start to your vacation” (bottles of water, shampoo, liquid soap, coffee, toilet paper) that you may refill at the convenience store.


Your room is delivered clean and neat and we will provide bath towels for each registered person. For stays longer than 3 nights, we will change your bath towels and make a complimentary light cleaning. Beach towels are provided fresh and daily in the pool area.
