Komplett renoviert einschließlich des kompletten Ersatzes von Sanitär- und Elektroinstallationen. Bodenbeläge und Badezimmer aus minderwertigem Marmor wurden entfernt und durch schöne Keramikfliesen und Granit ersetzt. Alles ist frisch gestrichen, einschließlich der Möbel
Brandneue Küchenzeile mit Granit-Theke, Mikrowelle, Toaster / Heißluftofen, 3/4-Kühlschrank, Induktionskochfeld mit kompatiblem Kochgeschirr, Pyrex-Backgeschirr, Rührschüsseln, Corelle-Geschirr, Bargeschirr, Besteck, Vorratsbehältern für Lebensmittel, Kaffeemaschine, Schneidemaschine Boards und viele andere Dinge, die Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Spülmittel und Handtücher werden gestellt.
Das Badezimmer ist auch brandneu mit einer gefliesten Dusche mit einem Sitz und einer Waterpik Handbrause. Die Theke ist wunderschöner schwarzer Granit mit großen irisierenden Aqua und blass gelben Flocken. Lagerschränke unter Theke, riesiger Spiegel. Bad, Handtücher und Waschlappen zur Verfügung gestellt sowie Badvorleger, Seife, Duschgel und Fön.
Es gibt zwei Doppelbetten und Kissen mit versiegelten Matratzen- und Kissenbezügen, die vor Allergenen, Pollen, Wanzen und Bakterien schützen. Alle Bettwäsche und Bettdecken zur Verfügung gestellt. Windows hat HunterDouglas Blackout Rollos für diejenigen, die spät schlafen wollen. Es gibt einen großen Schrank mit Regalen und viel Platz zum Aufhängen von Kleidung.
Deckenventilator, Klimaanlage, 32 "Flachbild-TV mit Kabel. Esstisch hat Platz für 4 Personen. Zwei Stühle im Freien sind ebenso vorhanden wie zwei Liegesessel mit Kissen.
Die Tür hat einen codierten Eintrag, so dass Sie sich keine Gedanken über das Tragen von Schlüsseln machen müssen.
Dies ist eine sehr leise Einheit, die vor Lärm geschützt ist. Alles, was Sie hören, sind die Wellen, die direkt vor der Tür zum Strand und zum Brunnen rollen.

Had a wonderful time. The owners are super super awesome and always checking in to make sure I was doing ok. I worked daily remotely and his WIFI was fast enough for me to run zoom sessions. Also the manager Carmen was super helpful and very informative on many levels.I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!

The room was perfect for us! Has all the necessities. Fridge, sink, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, utensils, etc. It has a private grass yard right outside the rear door. It is only a few steps from the beach or the pool. Bus service runs constantly for only 15 pesos per ride. Lots to do nearby. Geoff and Shelia were great hosts! They were always concerned with our comfort and enjoyment. They took us to lunch one day and they even gave us a ride to the airport after our stay. I highly recommend this!

Convenient and comfortable

It’s a fairly small unit, but the private lawn and view make it very cozy. Convenient store in the complex and another across the street. Plenty of restaurants a short drive from the complex.

Wonderful stay

Can't wait to return to this location. Property is top notch as the beach and pool are right out your door. Geoff and Shelia extremely great host as they welcome you to their property and willing help you with whatever you need. We loved the restaurant on-site. Also, loved the mini mart as it had everything you could need. You would not need to leave this property if you did not want to. We look forward to returning!

Great condo stay

Owners were very helpful and happily made changes to our accommodation dates when our flight was cancelled last minute. Miriam the property manager was very sweet and helpful throughout the entire week stay. Definitely would stay again!

This depends on what your expectations are. On the plus side you are literally on the beach, and can fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing.  Steps away is a decent pool. It is at a quiet end of the hotel zone. The owners and great manager Carmen were very responsive when there were a couple problems. The property overall had its best days decades ago.  The room is very basic. It is a hotel room and the kitchenette isn’t much of one. There’s a fridge, a hot plate, a microwave, and an old toaster. There’s a light smattering of miscellaneous dishes and cups and the table has seating for two, not four. But it’s not really a place you can cook for yourself and the property has one serviceable restaurant — all the other food options are 10 to 30 minutes drive away. There were consistent issues with the wi-fi. The outside lawn is a big plus, important to note that you share it with the owners who live next-door, you have a common wall with them, which includes a large frosted glass window covered by a blind. If you are OK with basic accommodations with a stunning view, this can work for you.

OWNER RESPONSE: Did flight delays and weather factor into your expectations? It appears your flight started off badly (you complained to us of delays) and continued downhill from there. The five days you were here the weather wasn't very cooperative either. Cancun usually has beautiful weather this time of year, but rain and cooler weather during your visit kept you closer to your room, so I can understand some frustration. You mention "The property overall had its best days decades ago." I'm sure you noticed the condominium is in process of a complete building makeover. It was originally scheduled to be completed by Christmas, but delays outside of our direct control moved this project window forward into this new year. We can only apologize for that and look forward to the completion of the building knowing it will be a great improvement for our guest expectations. You mentioned restaurants (or the lack thereof). You requested restaurant recommendations from our property manager. She tells me she provided you with many options...INCLUDING 3 GREAT RESTAURANTS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. Why you chose to complain about this and not sample these fine establishments is beyond us and her. You also mentioned consistent issues with the internet. Please know we use the same wifi modem as the one you mention. We didn't experience any connectivity issues during your stay. Both ourselves and our property manager strive hard to give our guests a great experience and OUR PAST REVIEWS have confirmed this. We plan to continue this going forward. From interactions, it appears you were on this vacation under protest and really didn't want to be here. You appear to be an unhappy person. We are truly sorry your expectations weren't met, however, we really don't think anything we could have said or done would have changed things for you or your expectations.

Fantastic Retreat

Overall stay was fantastic. Geoff and Sheila were incredibly hospitable. Enjoyed their company as well as their friends Tom and Sherry. The views were phenomenal! Pool area is clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious. It’s quiet and away from all the hustle/bustle/party areas but just a short ride via bus (12 pesos per way) if you care to explore those high traffic/touristy areas. We’re looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic beach getaway!

Geoff and Sheila were great hosts and made sure our stay was extremely comfortable. The unit is overlooks the beach and is steps away from the pool with a private patio and small grass yard. The pictures don't do it justice. I can't recommend this place enough!

Condo stay in Cancun

Exceed Expectations

If you want a beautiful beach right out your door, pool, casual restaurant, and away from the hotel zone hassle, you will Iove this unit. Very clean and all you need to have a great vacation. Sunny every day!

Amazing location

Priceless view and located right on the beach wall.., anything you may need Geoff is on it immediatly!. Ocean is like bath water, sand like silk with a glorious sunrise every morning. Highly recommend this little jem..

My husband and I purchased this property as a retirement home to live in six months of the year. We are now both retired. This room was for our children and relatives to stay in when they came to visit. Being as they are so busy now with work and families, we have decided to rent it when they are not here. We went all out on the renovation completely replacing all the plumbing and electrical to Canadian/US standards. New flooring, kitchenette, bathroom, ceiling fan etc. The private patio and yard a wonderful plus.
