We own this department this for a year and a half before we decided to rent it, mostly because we read some terrible stories about "certain people" but anyway, we look forward to have good luck and kind of that been working out for like three and a half years until now, actually this is our first encounter with this "certain people", sadly yes when they arrive something happened, with administration they didn't notify the main gate about their arrival, it was totally on my side, in fact our actual guest has the same problem mostly because our guards doesn't speak english, but in this ocassion it was a terrible wait of like 5 minutes, he call me back at after 11:00 pm to ask me where are the extra sheets required for their sons because aparently a Queen Size bed is not fitted for two "kids", obviously I agree to send the housekeeper until next day, because it was almost midnight, the next day I receive confirmation of the supply of the extra sheets also with a lecture of how awful and terrible night they spend because of that,, the next day I receive a complaint about how their day was ruined because they couldn't figure how the shower works, after that I receive several mails complaining about how the TV has a couple of seconds delay to switch chanels, slow internet, Roku device not connected to the network, etc. I receive the mail I was afraid of,he demands a percentage of refund because all the inconvenients, I didn't comply because I was waiting for the visit of the housekeeper to check all this issues and make a decission about it, when the housekeeper arrive to deliver the extra sheets, the wife instruct her to knock, DO NOT ENTER if I don't open please knock first, was their instructions, she call me to ask me what to do because she was there and no one answers, I told her to enter but she told me the door was locked from inside, needles to say I receive another complaint because the housekeeper didn't showed up. About cockroaches he didn't tell me anything, I'm not saying is impossible to have some, but in all this time we didn't find any, I send the house keeper the day they left I was expecting some kind of Pacific Heights scenario, but fortunatelly everything was ok, water heater , refrigerator, stove, washing machine dryer and all apliances working perfectly I was expecting this kind of review and here we are, I send the deposit back and move on.
