The upstairs open floor plan means easy mingling for your group. Sink into the living area's plush furnishings and cozy up in front of one of the home's 3 gas fireplaces. Stream a show on the large TV (no cable). The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight with top-of-the-line appliances, including a 5-burner Viking range, wine cooler, Sub-Zero custom panel refrigerator, double oven, and stylish farm sink. There's seating for 10 at the dining table, and the kitchen's beautiful live-edge bar area seats 4 on leather barstools. On the adjacent deck with a hot , lounge furniture and a gas grill are offered in summertime.
Down the hall, the King master bedroom includes a gas fireplace, TV, and a master bathroom with luxuries such as a freestanding volcanic stone tub, separate shower with rain-style showerhead, heated stone floors, and a towel warmer. Upstairs also features another King bedroom and a full bathroom in the hallway.
The lower level of the home features a separate living room with flagstone flooring, a gas fireplace, and TV. Sliding glass door onto lower deck offers easy access to the fully fenced backyard and hot tub.
Two more bedrooms are located on this lower level; a bunkroom with 2 sets of Double-on-bottom, Twin-on-top bunk beds; and a room with a Double bed and sliding glass door onto the lower-level deck. Full bath in hallway is shared by these bedrooms
The spacious yard offers lush landscaping, professional lighting design, and fencing for privacy. Relax to the sounds of the whispering aspens and scents of the fragrant pines.
