Bordering Skylandia State Park, follow the wooded trail less than 1,000 feet (4 min walk) and you will arrive at the hidden gem of North Lake Tahoe: Skylandia Beach! This gorgeous, sandy beach has a public pier, picnic with BBQ, and stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Relax in the sun, play in the sand/snow, and adventure along the trails. You can spend a whole day having fun outdoors without leaving the neighborhood.
Whether it’s winter or summer, the Lake Tahoe area offers plenty of outdoor activities, from hiking and biking the forests to great ski resorts like Palisades, Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood. If you’re more interested in sampling restaurants, coffee shops, and wine bars, walk/bike to downtown Tahoe City. Bikes are included with this property Spring - Fall (weather depending).

*We have loving renovated this home and DO NOT allow parties of any kind or size, no exceptions. This home is ideally set up for families and friends who wish to enjoy a stay near Lake Tahoe. There are local full-time neighbors who live in the apartments behind the home, we kindly ask all guests to be respectful and not disturb our local tenants.
*Grizzl-E Level 2 EV Charger, 16/24/32/40 Amp, NEMA 14-50 Plug/06-50 Plug, 24 feet Premium Cable, Outdoor Car Charging Station located on the side of the driveway.
*We use a local plow service to plow the road and driveway. In the events of the large storms, the plow does their best to regularly maintain the road.
* We are committed to following extremely strict COVID cleaning protocol. This includes, but is not limited to deep cleaning of every surface, rooms being throughly ventilated between bookings, government-approved virus-killing cleaning agents used, all linens being washed in between bookings and our housekeeping staff wearing masks and gloves at all times while cleaning.
