For the adventurous, trails leading to the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) are also accessible. Conveniently, you're just a short drive from West Shore Market, Fire Sign Café, and downtown Tahoe City.

The lower floor features four additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, another with a queen bed, one with twin beds, and one with bunk beds. The inviting family room on this level includes a plush sofa, a gas fireplace, and sliding doors that open to yet another expansive deck.
During winter, bring your snow gear and enjoy the small sledding hill right outside the front door, providing endless fun for the kids as they play in the snow.

Parking is available for 4 cars total. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
