2 leveled parking spaces sit below the cabin allowing you to park with ease, then make your way up a staircase to the front entry door on the lower level. As you enter the front door you'll be struck by its charming updated interior – a perfect blend of traditional mountain cabin aesthetics with a modern twist. The lower level is where you will find all 3 bedrooms including a private Master Bedroom!

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed topped with plush bedding decor, and 2 nightstands each with wireless phone chargers. Plenty of natural light comes through the glass french doors that lead to a private deck area. Also enjoy your own private bathroom that is beautifully done with a shower/tub combo, and double sink vanity.  A perfect place to get ready for a night out to dinner at the nearby restaurants.

Bedroom 2 offers a Queen Size Bed with a nightstand as well as a wireless phone charger. This is an ideal room to rest and reset for your vacation adventures. Enjoy the window view to the private back yard area and open up the window at night to let the fresh mountain air in and drift off to sleep to the sounds of the wind in the trees.

Bedroom 3 has a Full Size Bed with a nightstand and wireless phone charger. Use the wardrobe closet to store your belongings during your stay, and enjoy peaceful nights sleep as you drift off while the electric wall fireplace keeps you warm.

The hallway bathroom that both bedrooms share is beautifully done with forest green tile in a walk in shower and modern sink/vanity and brushed gold fixtures and finishings. You will also have access to a laundry closet with a Washer/Dryer to use for your convenience during your stay.

As you make your way upstairs to the main living area, you'll find yourself in a spacious open area that is the epitome of chic mountain living where the kitchen, living room and dining area all flow together. The vaulted ceilings and open-concept layout ensures plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining. Original cabin touches add a sense of nostalgia, while the modern decor and finishings complete the elegant vacation feel.

The kitchen is fully stocked and perfectly set up to host your group whether you are preparing hors devours or a full family style meal together this kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy plenty of counter space on the gorgeous black Quartz Countertops and all the general appliances including a gas stove top and oven range. 4 countertop height bar stools sit at the kitchen bar top, a perfect place to pull up and eat a hearty breakfast to get ready for a day on the slopes, or your morning cup of coffee from the Keurig or Breville coffee makers! As you make your way out of the kitchen the dining table with 8 modern leather dining chairs is an ideal setup to enjoy a meal together with your group. Don't forget to put on your favorite playlist on the Bluetooth Speaker to set your vacation mood.

Just off of the dining table is a ¾ bathroom for your convenience on the upper level. This bathroom is also beautifully done with a modern black tile shower and new fixtures and finishings.

The main living area is set up to sit back and relax and take in all the mountain vibes on the leather couch or 2 sitting chairs while you enjoy a warm fire in the wood burning fireplace, or cozy up to watch your favorite movie on the oversized Smart TV!  Two glass sliding doors provide ample natural light for the entire upstairs living area and allow access to the outdoor upper deck where you have views of Bear Mountain and endless fresh air! Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
