Head over to the large kitchen, equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, this kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. A curved kitchen island gives you plenty of meal prep space and additional seating for four. Grab a cup of coffee from the Keurig or coffee pot and head outside to the back deck for some incredible views.

Deck access can be found through sliding glass doors in the living room. Stunning views of the surrounding pine trees and Bear Mountain Ski Resort can be seen from the back deck. Bear Mountain Ski resort is only a 3 minute drive from the home, or save the hassle of parking and walk less than a mile to the resort. Bear Mountain Golf course is the same distance and provides an incredible 9-hole experience. Big Bear Alpine Zoo is a short 6 minute drive and is a fun activity for adults and kids alike. If you're looking to enjoy the Big Bear weather and scenery, Bristlecone Trail is a 5 minutes drive and will provide just that.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
