ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, bunk bed, and private bath with jet tub. Second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Third bedroom has a queen bed. family room has a twin/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
