This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests and can sleep 7 in beds, assuming two people share the full-size bed.
The pool can be heated for $100 per day plus tax, with a 3-day minimum. Payment must be made in advance to ensure the pool heat is turned on before your arrival. Please note that the pool typically takes about 24 hours to reach temperature and is heated to approximately 75–80°F. The temperature cannot be adjusted higher. If you’d like to add pool heat to your stay, please notify our team in advance. A pool vacuum remains in the pool to help keep the water free of debris.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Street parking and driveway parking ONLY. The Pizza Oven is NOT for guest use.

Please note, there is a pool house in the backyard that is NOT PART OF THIS RENTAL. No one resides in this building, and no one will at any part of your stay (off limits to guests per City code, unfortunately).

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
