Great home near beach and nightlife.

We were in town for a guys golf trip. Nine guys stayed at the house and it was super comfortable with a nice pool, jacuzzi and close to all the great restaurants, bars, and nightlife in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. Definitely recommend this house if you’re heading to San Diego.

Awesome stay for big group!

Our family stayed 10 days in this beautiful house. Plenty of room, excellent communication with host. Pool and hot tub was a wonderful perk. The beach a couple of blocks walking distance, as was a great coffee shop. We had 11 in the family, and everyone was comfortable and very happy!

Very Nice Vacation Home

The house was very nice. The owner was very quick to respond when turning on the hot tub. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. I thought we were a bit closer to mission beach , but it was fine At pacific Beach The pool needed some cleaning and some chemicals but other than that it was lovely. I would def choose to stay if you have a large group.

Great location and good size

The house is located in a very nice location, and comfortably sleeps a lot of people. There are some minor inconveniences with things like no propane for the grill, and the 10pm shut-off of the hotub, but overall the house and owner were great. It's only a 15 minute walk to the beach, and has some nice coffee shops and a small grocery store within a few blocks. Great home base for a trip to pacific beach.

Wonderful 4th of July week in sunny SD

Had a great time at this property. We stayed w/ 2 other families and there was plenty of room and the house is very nice, clean and near lots of San Diego's best places. Watching fireworks on the 4th from the roof was really cool The owner was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend.

Perfect Paradise

This rental was perfect for our family! Great size for 10 people. It was an easy check in and a comfortable stay. I loved that we could walk to the beach! The coffee shop and taco stand around the corner were just a couple of perks of the neighborhood. There were plenty of places to sit and relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and great room area were spacious and comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi, and backyard area was a lot of fun. After our time at the beach, we really enjoyed spending time in the pool. We also enjoyed the roof top sunsets. On balance a good time enjoyed by all. The linens, kitchen glassware, and pots and pans however could use an upgrade.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Our family loved this house! The hot tub and pool were favorites, of course. The backyard was fantastic for our large family and views were spectacular from the decks! Home was clean and spacious for our family of 13. Lots of shops and restaurants a couple blocks over in addition to the beach! Nice neighborhood and owner was very responsive to our questions and requests to turn on the hot tub. Also close to lots of fun things to do in San Diego. We highly recommend!

Wonderful location. Pool was great. Could use some better cleaning and a good overall fix of small maintenance. The host is amazing. Very nice, attentive and easy to get ahold of. We have stayed there before and just needs a good overall good fix up. Nothing major.

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family, the pool and hot tub was loved by the kids and they spent most waking hours when we were there in them! The roof top was a perfect place for happy hour! the beds comfortable and having 4 bathrooms was super nice for our family 11 engine from 1 to 63:) The kitchen was very spacious and some cool lighting, but the organization and old pot and pans were a disappointment and the refrigerator is missing a shelf which was a pain for all the food we needed to keep cold. The laundry was perfect especially with the pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and the owner was always just a text away. Thank You I would love to come back again

Fun San Diego Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Good size for 3 families. The bottom floor sleeping arrangements were not what it appeared from the listing because the room was not private with the way the door is. However, it ended up working for the teenagers. It was frustrating not to have control of the hot tub/pool heating but the property owner was very responsive when we asked for the hot-tub to be on. Overall fun stay!

Family vacation

Enjoyed the location and kids loved the pool Property needs some repairs. Will be sending the property manager a list of items Cooking supplies need some attention. Had a pot that the Teflon coating was coming apart that caused the cooked item to have to be tossed out, unsafe to eat. Had great communicators with the property owner to coordinate the use of the hot tub Grandkids did not want to leave, they enjoyed what they called the White House. Thanks for the vacation house, made great family memories.

Controls for the hot tub and heaters need to be on site. I paid for heater to be on during our entire stay. It was on most of the time but there were times where the hot tub was shooting out cold water. Host was responsive once the message was read, but it sometimes took several hours to get the jets on. The house was great, just need to improve on the heater/hot tub situation

Birthday trip getaway

Rented the place for a milestone birthday, everything was great and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great and the owner was quick to respond and turn things on when needed. We had plenty of space with room to spare and everything was well maintained and cleaned.

Great stay in San Diego

We had a great time in this house. The owner was prompt to all requests and communicated well. Although the house is off the beach, it's a very walkable distance. We enjoyed the convenience of walking to grocery stores and restaurants. Short 15-20min drive to reach multiple beaches, Sea World, the Zoo, and other locations. House easily slept our group of 11. Would definitely stay here again when we return.
