Das Familienstrand-Haus

Unsere San Diego Eigenschaft befindet sich in der schönen Nachbarschaft von Pacific Beach, nur zwei Blocks vom Strand und zwei Blocks von Mission Bay entfernt. Es ist ideal für Familien, Rentner und junge Paare, die einen geschlossenen Garten (gut für die Kleinen) mit einem brandneuen Grill, Liegestühlen zum Geschichtenerzählen sowie einen Orangen- und Zitronenbaum mit Früchten haben ! Das Anwesen hat eine Auffahrt mit einem privaten Tor für zwei Fahrzeuge sowie Parkplätze zur Verfügung - ein riesiges Plus für die Sommerzeit in diesem beliebten San Diego Beachside Vorort. Diese Eigenschaft ist zu Fuß (3 Minuten oder weniger) von nicht nur dem Strand, sondern auch viele beliebte Restaurants, Bars, Kaffee / Eisdielen, Garnet Street Shopping und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft! Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, aber in der Nähe von Spaß, so dass wir unsere Mieter bitten, respektvoll zu sein von unseren wunderbaren Nachbarn, die in der Gegend leben. Das Haus wurde in den 1950er Jahren gebaut, als Pacific Beaches Palmen gesäumten Straßen aus Sand gemacht wurden, also hat es einen alten Gefühl Charme, den wir LIEBE! Es gibt Kabel, einen DVD-Player, & WIFI Internet-Zugang, und Waschmaschine / Trockner zu Hause. Handtücher werden gestellt.

Küche: Kühlschrank, Ofen / Herd, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Müllentsorgung, Toaster, Mixer, Teller, Schüsseln, Utensilien, Grundkochen, Utensilien, Messbecher, Dosenöffner

Grundriss: Küche, Wohnzimmer / Essbereich für bis zu 10 Personen, Hauptschlafzimmer (Kingsize-Bett), Schlafzimmer 2 (Queensize-Bett), Schlafzimmer 3 geht zur Außenterrasse (Queensize-Bett), 2 Queensize-Blasmatratzen (bitte lassen Ich weiß, wenn es jemals ein Problem mit aufblasbaren Matratzen gibt), Außenterrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill, mittelgroßer Garten mit Obstbaum, Gras. Es gibt ein privates Studio über der Garage sowie eine private Garage auf der Rückseite, die sich den Hof teilt, aber das ganze Jahr über gesperrt ist.

Wonderful family beach home! We traveled with my toddler and this home had everything to make us feel comfortable and make the trip a little easier with a little one. The yard was great for hanging out in the evenings and the location was perfect for early morning strolls along the beach.

Host provided excellent instructions and accommodations. This house is lovely and in a fantastic area, it’s 1 block away from a grocery store and the beach! The only thing that I would recommend is having couple of fans throughout the house as the AC was struggling to keep up during our stay. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this house for your next getaway.

Fantastic property in great location!

-Great house - light and airy, lots of space for three couples, has everything you need for a stay of any length of time.-Great location - close to SO many shops, restaurants, grocery, etc., and, of course, close to the beach!-Designated parking so you don't have to search for a spot on the street.-Jessica was so easy to communicate with - she responded quickly to any questions I had, and was extremely accommodating! Great stay!

Great location walking distance from the beach, grocery store, and many restaurants. Very convenient parking - we have a large SUV and had no problem fitting in the enclosed driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Near Beach and Fun

Always a great time, cozy house with everything you need. I LOVE the location, the backyard, and all the amenities this house provides. Cant go wrong with this house. Will definately stay again.

Perfect beach house

Perfect spot to spend a week. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Walk to market, beach and restaurants. Will be back again!

Hello! My name is Jess and my mom, Sue, is the owner of this wonderful beachside cottage and has owned it since 2011. We have celebrated so many wonderful family holidays and long sunny weekends in it! We rent the front house out year around. My mom has six daughters and she knows the value of a wonderful vacation for a family in a spectacular location. We are originally from a small town called Verdi, NV nestled in the mountains between Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada. Since my mom is a grandma to 7 incredible grand babies so far, she spends much of her time up North visiting all of the little ones and resides in Reno, Nevada. This being said we are so happy to welcome you into this wonderful place and now give you a place to call home for your stay in gorgeous San Diego, California.

This property is not just a house to us, it is a home where so many memories have been made over the years. Originally we owned a time share on Ocean Front Walk and had been coming to San Diego for years. As time went by we realized how wonderful it would be to have a place with an enclosed backyard, room to breath, and a private driveway in the beautiful neighborhood that we are in now. The Braemar District, where the home is located, was previously owned by the Scripps family. A condition of the sale was to make the 4 block radius behind the Catamaran hotel remain as single family homes. Since then, our little neighborhood has lived up to that regulation and is loved by so many in Pacific Beach. We hope to keep this home in the family for generations to come, while providing a beautiful and affordable vacation location for small to large families of travelers like yourself!

Our home has so much natural light coming in through the many white shutters that surround the living room, and it makes it feel so spacious and beachy. The all whites and sliding windows give the room a crisp and clean look, functional and beautiful. Also, the wood floors make it easy to clean sand up if you bring it in from the beach!
