The space
Elegant guest unit attached to main house with private entrance. Beautiful maple hardwood floors, luxury plush top queen bed with comforter. Italian marble bathroom with skylight. Newly remodeled and all amenities - cable TV, wireless internet, Netflix, Roku. This is truly a unique spot both in Sausalito (aka the Banana Belt) because it is warm. It is also within easy walking distance to most anything in town.

**Please note: Since the photo was taken, there is a 45" flat screen SONY tv mounted on the wall where the mirror is above the desk.

Mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. Please note there is not a kitchen sink currently in the mini kitchen.

Located within walking distance to the ferry to SF, shops and downtown Sausalito. Bike paths and kayaking within walking distance. Professionally cleaned every week for monthly rentals with change of linens and towels. Off street parking ample and available. Garden like setting with views.

This is a NON SMOKING guest unit.

The guest unit does not have washer/dryer unit available. There is a laundry mat close by as well as several wash and fold facilities including dry cleaning businesses.
Guest access
The guests will have a separate private dedicated parking space for the guest with a separate entrance. The deck is available only for the tenant in the main unit.
