I had a great stay at this home in Mill Valley. The room was very clean, private, and comfortable. Everything worked as expected, which made the stay easy and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Short walk to town, and easy parking.

This was the perfect Vrbo, literally steps away from downtown Mill Valley. It had the perfect amount of space, and was very clean. Tina was very welcoming and nice. I would definitely stay at this Vrbo again.

I loved staying in Tina’s apartment. It had everything I needed and Tina was an excellent host. Being downtown Mill Valley is the best place to stay in Marin County. It was cozy, cute and quiet. I’ll be back again soon.

Tina’s place in Mill Valley

We completely enjoyed our time at Tina’s. The room is very large, spacious, comfortable, and clean. We could walk into the charming town of Mill Valley in two minutes and also had easy access to all the other places we like to go when we’re in that area. It is mentioned in the description that the only sink is in the bathroom, but it was easy to work around that for our breakfasts and occasional dinner in the room with take out food. We felt very at home.

Great minimalist studio

This studio rental is in a beautiful neighborhood and within 2 blocks of downtown Mill Valley -- it's a great location with easy street parking. The unit has a very small fridge, a microwave, a tea pot, and a Keurig but lacks a stove/oven and the dishes need to be washed in the bathroom sink. The unit temperature is controlled by the host (which meant my partner was cold most of the time). The bed was comfortable and the unit has good storage and nice natural light. Overall it's a nice, minimalist rental.

Great Location, great hosts, very comfortable accommodations!

Very large studio with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location couldn't have been better to explore everything the Bay Area has to offer. Less than 30 min to the beach or to fishermans wharf and downtown San Francisco. Less than an hour to Napa, Sonoma, Berkeley and more. Sausalito is a short drive to catch the ferry or enjoy shopping and tasty restaurants. You are walking distance to top notch restaurants, music venues, a movie theatre and shopping right in Mill Valley. Mill Valley is a fun, cool and relaxed town. Our host Tina was fantastic. We arrived at the tail end of a very uncharacteristic heat wave and Tina was quick to accommodate us with a fan to help keep cool. We only needed the fan for he first night as the downstairs studio stays very comfortable. We highly recommend this rental to couples looking to either have a relaxed, chill vacation or explore till your hearts content, or both! The location can't be beat! We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable & convenient accommodations

Thanks Tina. We had a great weekend with family. We had all the comforts of home and quiet and clean too. Great location - approx 4 doors down from the Outdoor Art Club Ctr and a 15-min walk to Old Mill Park for the wedding/reception we attended. Enjoyed window shopping (though the boutiques were quite pricey) as well as restaurants/bars. We enjoyed the Playa & the Piazza D’Angelo. They were pretty good eateries. The market was handy too. Next time, we will need to try the deli tucked In the corner of Mill’s Market. We even played and won 2 games at Friday bingo at the corner church. Very friendly community. Great location - we arrived, parked the car, and walked everywhere. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home. I would definitely recommend. PS we found it interesting that there were no shortages of beauty salons if you needed a quick haircut. I think we counted 10 walking in this area 🙂

Super schöne Lage und Ausstattung

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um SF mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Mill Valley ist ein sehr schöner Vorort von SF und die Unterkunft sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber und mit allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und sind abends immer wieder gerne „nach Hause“ gekommen.

We had a great stay at Tina's. The studio was spacious, clean and had all we needed. For the price, it is a very good value. Fantastic location, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Mill Valley. A few notes to consider: As the studio is underneath Tina's home, we could hear the dog going back and forth at times. It was really not an issue for us as it was not frequent or overly loud. AC would have been nice for us, but not an issue most times of year. There are no screens in the windows but we opened them to cool the room down. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were just OK. Tina was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay in Mill Valley.

Mill Valley Gem

This was a perfect gem of a place to stay in the heart of Mill Valley. A two minute walk to town, with a cute market, restaurants galore, and fabulous shops, this was a great spot. Not to mention that it’s a short drive from Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais, Marin Headlands, and a quick jump onto the 101 into the city. Tina is a great hostess! Though the space has no kitchen, she makes sure you have a fridge, microwave, tea pot, and Keurig with coffee, tea bags, and even some snacks so you can make breakfast if you choose. Accommodations are top notch, with a huge walk-in closet area for your belongings and large shower in the bathroom. We loved this place, Tina was super gracious and helpful, and highly recommend. We will definitely be back again when we return to San Francisco.

Mornings start with a stroll into downtown Mill Valley for coffee at Peet's, The Depot, or Equator. When we are not working, we enjoy hiking and tennis during the day and dining out/catching a show downtown in the evening. Our favorite days are when we never need to use the car because we can walk to all amenities.

Our home is centrally located near downtown. The street is wide and flat. The front of our house is on Buena Vista and the back is on Oakdale. There are about 16 steps up from Buena Vista to the house and about 16 down from Oakdale so you need to be able to handle the stairs.

The house is almost 100 years old. The neighborhood is charming. There are many trees. It feels almost like a treehouse when you are inside looking out. The room is on the bottom floor and stays unusually cool on hot summer days. It is relaxing and beautiful.
