Wohnen Sie im Zentrum der Stadt, wo das Beste, was unser "Dorf" zu bieten hat, buchstäblich vor Ihrer Tür liegt. Dazu gehören Cafés, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Geschäfte, Theater, Restaurants, Live-Musik, Wander- / Radwege und der Stadtplatz. Unsere Wohnung ist warm und gemütlich mit viel natürlichem Licht. Das Schlafzimmer ist wunderschön mit einem extrem bequemen Queensize-Bett. Die große Küche ist perfekt für eine hausgemachte Mahlzeit und das Badezimmer ist makellos sauber. WLAN und ein Flachbild-TV inklusive :)

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. Sie genießen einen eigenen Parkplatz abseits der Straße für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthaltes. Dies ist eine große Sache in Anbetracht unserer Lage :) Es gibt keine Treppen zu navigieren, nur zwei Schritte insgesamt. Ein Schritt, um die Wohnung zu betreten und einen, um das Badezimmer zu betreten. Wir haben einen Gaswandofen, um die Dinge warm und gemütlich zu halten. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner ist hinter einer Tür in der Küche, es könnte nicht bequemer sein. Alle Lichter einschließlich der Badewanne sind auf Dimmer, so können Sie nur die Stimmung, die Sie wollen, erstellen.

Wonderful stay in Mill Valley

Apartment was clean and well located. Close to grocery store, coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. Quiet location. Good communication with responsive owner. Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space for clothes.

Great Location, Everything You Need

Had a great stay in Mill Valley. I enjoyed walking everywhere and coming home to a cozy place with all the amenities I could need. The apartment is meticulously clean and comfortable.

Amazing location!

The location is amazing! The apartment is great-and Gary the host is very responsive. Walking out the door right to the center of mill valley is 2 minutes is the best.

Perfect location

This location is ideal to enjoy the area of Mill Valley! Gary was great to deal with, and everything was very easy. The apartment had a binder with some helpful resources for things to do, local restaurants, and tidbits about the unit. The apartment had everything you'd need, including a washer and dryer with detergent, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.Our only picky review would be that the shower was pretty small with low water pressure- but really, that was a minor detail.

Impeccable unit. incomparable location.

The property was as advertised and was a perfect match for our recent stay in Northern California. The convenient location with access to San Francisco by car and ferry, the wine country, the coast and everything within the lovely town of Mill Valley was ideal. We cannot wait to visit again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Gary's property was extremely clean, very well stocked and the full kitchen was a real plus. Many restaurants and a grocery store were within a 30 second to 2 minute walk. Pretty hard to beat. Gary was a great communicator as well.

Great space in a Great Location

This is the fourth time we've stayed here, and we were once again very please with having a living room, separate bedroom, and kitchen after a series of more confined hotels. Gary Ferronni has also made little, but important, upgrades like adding a window air conditioner i n the living room. This is definitely THE place sto stay for a couple without a car in Mill Valley.

Cozy Apartment, Dead Center of Mill Valley

Comfortable little apartment. There must be half a dozen restaurants within a couple of blocks, plus a good bakery, plus the Mill Valley Market. I had to take care learning how to back down the driveway to the parking place, but once I had, it was no big deal.

I'm a native to the area and had this rental for my Mother. For other travelers to know, parking is TERRIBLE. Tight maneuvering around another vehicle. I ended up scratching my car and was stuck/having to call AAA because of a large rock on the side of the driveway. We often used street parking/or at the bank nextdoor to pick her up. As as an aside, and this is not unique, the pictures give the impression of a larger unit than it actually is.

Right in the heart of spectacular Mill Valley

Mill Valley is such a relaxed, fun small town and Gary's VRBO is right in the heart of it. Walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and best of all to the Depot and town square. Convenient drive to hiking at Mt. Tamalpais State Park, Sausalito and a < 30 min drive into SF. Gary's place has everything that you need for getaway. When I need a place to stay in Mill Valley, I'll definitely stay here!

Mill Valley Getaway

My teenage son and I spent 4 days. The apartment is well equipped, I needed a kitchen cause my son has food allergies that make restaurants difficult. The kitchen did not disappoint, I wanted for nothing. I enjoyed walking around Mill Valley and for my son the Alcatraz Tour was a big hit.

Right in the heart of charming Mill Valley with its groves of redwoods and many coffee shops, restaurants, and the marvelous Mill Valley Market. Skip the car rental and enjoy walking in this picturesque village. Caveat: There’s no AC so avoid late August and early September.
