Nur 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt hat unsere GOLD RATED-Eckeinheit ganz vorne im Resort den engsten Zugang zum Strand über die Hauptpromenade des Resorts mit der Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar auf der einen Seite und dem Swimmingpool auf der anderen (siehe Bilder) ).

Doch so nah wir am Strand und an den Annehmlichkeiten sind, unsere Villa bietet Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die zusätzlichen Fenster unserer Eckeinheit am Meer in Schlafzimmer und Küche sorgen dafür, dass die Villa hell und hell ist und eine ruhige, natürliche Aussicht bietet Parkplatz.

It was a perfect stay! You can tell theres lots of humidity in the apartment, but youre going to get that at the beach anyway. It was wonderful to be steps away from the beach.

Very good stay. One thing that is needed is directions of the TV in the bedroom, it was several days before I discovered that I could watch regular tv on it.

Robert - Sorry you had that problem and wish you had contacted us. The ROKU TV has two ways to view LIVE TV...what is offered by Roku and the resort's cable programming. Perfect little getaway spot

This is the perfect little getaway for a couple at Hilton Head. You’re literally just a few steps away from the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Even though you’re close to the heavily trafficked areas, it’s still quiet and peaceful to sit on the patio. The amenities at this resort are awesome too. There are several restaurants on site, and you’re not far from a lot of the main attractions and restaurants on the island either. I will definitely be looking to stay at this property and unit again!

Great villa even better host!

Can’t say enough good things about our host John. He was very responsive with our questions and went above and beyond for us (even made some rainy days better). The villa was perfect for the 2 of us. We definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a beach getaway. It was very clean, the location is great and the photos were spot on.

Great place for a couple or a family with little children. Teen kids would have made it crowded. Huge pool. Easy beach access. On-site Tiki bar food was not great but with a kitchen and lots of restaurants nearby there’s no worries.

Perfect Villa!

This villa was perfect! It was the closest to the pool/beach and the view was fantastic! Most villas have views of the parking lot, this one is so private with a beautiful view of the lush greens and ocean. We ate our breakfast on the balcony & watched birds and rabbits every morning. They also provided beachs chairs, boogie boards & beach toys for the kids. So many other perks too

We are sorry to hear you were not fully satisfied with your recent stay and unfortunately we could not confirm any odor. Perhaps when the air conditioning changed to heat during the chilly nights it produced an odor from the heat strips. As for the carpet vs. hard floor Hotels actually prefer carpeting in their bedrooms for the enjoyment of their guests, and while carpet manufacturers recommend cleaning every 12 to 18 months, hotels clean their carpets every 6 months as do we.

30th Anniversary getaway

The condo is really convenient to the beach, pool and Tiki bar. Parking is super close to the unit and most of the popular restaurants are close by. The owners of the unit are really easy to work with and even surprised us with a dessert to share for our big day. Nice touch! Thank you from the Newport’s.

Just what we were looking for!

This condo is steps from the pool and beach which is very important with little kids! The pool is HUGE and never feels crowded even though there’s a lot of people. Beach bar is a bonus! Condo is Very clean, everything you need from beach toys, beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, cooler, etc. John was always very quick to respond. We had a blast and would definitely return!
