In the Living Area is Plenty of Comfortable Seating for Conversation & Entertainment. Play one of the Provided Family-Friendly Games, Assemble a Puzzle or Pick an Enticing Beach Read. Stream your Favorite Shows or Movies on the Smart TV.



With All its Amenities, this is a Chef’s Kitchen. The Large Kitchen Island has a Breakfast Bar which seats 3. The Island is not only Extra Prep Space but also Perfect for setting up a Buffet for Family Meals. Put the Large Pot on the Gas Stovetop & Use the Pot Filler to Begin Preparation for a Low Country Boil. The Double Oven allows for Cooking Separate Dishes at Different Temperatures. The Many Small Appliances include: K-Cup & Drip Coffee Makers, Tea Pot, Blender, Toaster, Hand Mixer, Air Fryer & Deep Fryer for Our Area’s Favorite, Calabash Style Seafood. This Cottage Sleeps 11 in 4 Bedrooms. On the Upper-Level: Bedroom #1 - Primary with a Southern Tide Vibe, King, Vanity Dressing Table with Mirror & Upholstered Stool, Smart TV, Dresser & Large Walk-in Closet, Barn Door into the EnSuite with a Double Sink Vanity so 2 can get ready more quickly, Large Glass Walk-In Shower & Soaking Jet Tub, Hair Dryer, Private French Door Entrance to the Upper-Level Screened Porch & Sundeck. (Additional Entrance in the Hallway.) Bedroom #2: Coastal Inspired Queen with Dresser & Closet for Unpacking, Smart TV. The Desk in this room has an Ink Jet Printer & is perfect for Mobile Work/School. Bedroom #3: Nautical Design Double over Double Bunkbed (with Stairs which are Safer than a Ladder) & a Twin, Dresser & Closet, Smart TV. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the Hall Bath with a Tub/Shower Combination. Here you will also find a Soft Cushion Potty Ring for Toddlers Transitioning to a Full-Sized Toilet. The Folding Mechanism is Designed for Ease of Use when Lowering and Lifting the Bed. The EnSuite has a Step-In Shower. Enjoy a Good Beach Read in the Comfortable Chair. At the Base of the Stairs is a Rod Rack to Hold your Fishing Rods.
