For added convenience, the home includes a platform lift elevator, ideal for transporting luggage, groceries, or assisting guests with mobility needs. A 4-seater golf cart is included, making the quick and easy ride to the beach part of the experience—perfect for families, groups, or cruising the island together without the hassle of parking.

Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.
