There are 2 bedrooms downstairs include upgraded luxury pillowtop mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and right outside the door is a full bath. Bedroom 2 on the this floor has a twin over full bunk bed which can accommodate 3 people. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms both queen with a full bath in the middle. The house has a new HVAC unit. There is high speed Internet (WiFi) throughout the house as well. Enjoy time on the back deck and listen to the waves crash. For those hot days, enjoy the cool shaded sitting sitting area. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand from a fun day at the beach.

There are plenty of activities in the area if enjoying the beach isn't the only thing you want to do. The town of Oak Island has tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. You can also play on the soccer or baseball field or take the little ones to the splash pad. If you like to fish, it's a great place to surf fish right out your back door, head 2 miles to the pier, or try your luck on the inter-coastal waterway. There are 30 golf courses within a 45 minute drive of the island. 15 minutes away is Southport which has been voted the "Happiest Coastal Town" in the US and has great shopping and restaurants.
