The Space:

Welcome to Bahama Hut, a cozy retreat just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views. This open and airy beach house is perfect for your group of 6 to take a pause on life and relax in Oak Island. The living room is spacious and offers a comfortable space to relax with a good book or a movie night. Meal prep will be a breeze in the large kitchen that is set up for the chef of your group to whip up fabulous meals, and you can all dine together around the table. The barstools provide a convenient spot to chat while cooking, or grab a snack before heading across the street to the beach.



Just off the main living area you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms configured for a variety of guests. 2 queen rooms and a twin room are perfect for any group - families with kids, couples, or gatherings of friends. Two full baths offer convenience and space to get ready for the day.



Step out onto the deck and discover unobstructed views of the ocean and sand. Enjoy a sunrise with a cup of coffee in the salt air, or just sit outside and soak it all in. The beach, sand, and surf are just steps away. After a day in the sun, take advantage of the outdoor shower to stay sand free indoors, or freshen up with the in-home laundry.



If you're looking for evening activities or need a break from the beach, take a stroll to nearby Middleton Park. Located at the heart of Oak Island, there are a variety of markets, music events, festivals, and more in the summer. You can take a stroll along the walking path, or challenge a friend to a round of pickleball (or another game - there are other athletic courts available!) Take the kiddos to the splash pad or any of the jungle gyms to get some extra energy out. End the day with a local ice cream shop or grab a souvenir at one of the store.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
