Beautiful Views, Clean Condo, Great Location

We had a fantastic experience here! The view from the balcony was gorgeous, the condo was super clean and upgraded, and the location of Okaloosa Island was just perfect! The condo is located right next to the elevator, so it was a little noisy at night when folks came in, but other than that, we highly recommend!

Excellent Vacation Stay

Everything was excellent with the exception of the cleanliness of the shower. There was still remnants of the complimentary soap in the soap holder in the shower like it wasn’t properly cleaned. Everything else was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures don't do it justice, this unit is great, very clean, has amazing views, and is better stocked than expected. The kids loved the bunks. This will be our place to celebrate the school year ending from now on, a new family tradition place for us! Can't wait to come back.

Great get away!

This was a great get away and property experience. Price was unbeatable compared to similar properties. The ocean view was beautiful and the balcony was spacious. The unit is located very near the elevator, which we realized after booking and upon reading more reviews. It wasn’t as noisy given we stayed during the week schools started. We also brought a sound machine so it was no problem. Would stay here again. Especially loved the included chair service and free activities.

Yearly beach trip with my Bestie

We’ve stayed at Pelican Isle many times over the years. This condo is exactly like the photos shown. Downside is it’s right next to the elevator and unfortunately your bedroom is right there as well. The very early risers in the complex gave no thought to how very loud they where waiting for and getting on the elevators. That was a bummer every morning early!!! Based on that alone we are 50/50 on renting this unit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well appointed and exactly like pics,really lovely. The vacation would have been perfect had it not been for 1 of the 2 elevators in building being out of service the entire time. The 1 elevator that did work was slow,filthy and was not working properly. Really a shame; condo and location are perfect. The building elevator scary.

Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear everything within the condo was just as expected ... cozy enough to make your vacation an enjoyable experience... Unfortunately , there is never a good time for things to break specially elevators in the summer time.. We understand and do apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused during your stay. The elevator repairs are actually underway and should be all repaired this week! We do hope you will visit us again!

Pelican Isle 410 Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Pelican Isle for many years for our annual vacation. We love these condos and the wife and I have stayed in many of them. 410 is a very nice and comfortable unit completely renovated and is now our favorite. I do have only one issue and that is with the bed matress and for someone with back issues this matress made it very uncomfortable to sleep. When you first get in it is nice but after a few minutes you sink into a hole....and I'm not that big. Overall great though.
