Welcome to Pelican Isle Unit 217. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets while watching the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from your living room and kitchen. This third level unit is located beachfront and offers excellent views of the beach and pool below. This spacious one bedroom condo offers a king size bed, queen size sofa bed, and custom built-in bunkbeds in the hall allows the unit to comfortably accommodate up to six people. Decorated in with traditional coastal tastes, this beach resort is comfortable and cozy.

Great stay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. Saw earlier complaints about the bed in this unit prior to reserving, but we had no issues with it. Slept fine. View is beautiful. This unit did not come with complimentary beach service set up, but the owners did provide chairs and an umbrella. Probably more comfortable than the chairs offered by the beach service, honestly. I do wish additional shower/ sand rinse areas coming from the beach were located near the boardwalks as you travel to and from the beach. The one area they have for that is near the center of the complex and the pool area, which is understandable. I’d still stay there again without hesitation.

Pelican Isle

Condo was great, as described. It was clean and comfortable. A little dated but we don't stay on the condo much. The only complaint I have is...the facility itself is not set up to accommodate guest coming off the beach. There is only 1 place you can wash off the sand. There are 2 boardwalks and the only place you can clean off the sand is in the middle of the complex outside by the pool areas. It was odd to me that we didn't have easy access to be able to shower off our feet before going up to the condo.
