This is a wonderful property with great views from the balcony up and down the beach. The balcony has higher chairs so that the view doesn’t have the balcony rail right in the middle of it! Jessie and Curt were wonderful hosts, very responsive when we had a couple questions. Can’t wait to go back!

We all loved the condo and pool/beach access with beach service. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. We cooked a pot roast in the crockpot. Has a Keurig and regular coffee pot and a separate drink fridge. Excellent coffee mugs and wine glasses. We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed. There were extra little cooler bags that were available to use if needed. The living room had comfy furniture and plenty of places to sit. The balcony furniture was really nice. Loved the end oceanfront unit with more views of the water. Having the daily beach service was so convenient. We brought our own throw blankets for movie nights, but there was a basket full of them in the living room. Had a fabulous time and would highly recommend!

Excellent view of the beach. Elevator was close and quick. Plenty of hot water. You can walk to AJ’s and Stewby’s and Old Bay Steamer. Host was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this unit.

This was one of the nicest units we have stayed in (have been coming to Okaloosa Island since 1989). Jessie was so nice and easy to communicate with! We were very impressed with the "extras". There were plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for guests to use. The condo is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has a beautiful view. There are weekly fireworks in FWB during the summer and you can watch them clearly right from the balcony. Walking distance to Stewby's, Asiago & Fubar to eat / drink. It was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Stay!

The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the included beach chairs and that the pool and beach aren't crowded as we are used to at other locations. Fireworks from the balcony were perfect, excellent stay and owners are great to work with!

Family Trip

Property was a perfect location with beautiful view of the ocean. We mainly wanted to have access to beach/pool for the family (adults and babies), but pier and restaurants were just a short walk or drive.

Great location and stocked with everything you need for a great vacation!

We loved our time at this beautiful condo! The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and a short walk to the beach . We were able to check in earlier than expected on our arrival day which was an added benefit! We will definitely look to book this unit again!
