Amazing baby moon!

We came down for one last trip before becoming parents. This first floor unit was so convenient and comfortable with an absolutely amazing view of the Gulf. It was a quiet property and the free beach service was a great benefit. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love going to Ft Walton. ETW is a great condo. Less crowded beach. I do miss finding sea shells but you can’t help with that :). The only thing I would suggest is maybe adding Room darkening curtains to the bedroom. Convenient to restaurants with only a 20 minute drive in either direction (depending in the time of day).

Great Stay

Just a weekend trip down to Florida and it was great. Much like other reviewers, we agree that it might be a bit dated, but nothing to complain about. The view was amazing! The response for the management group was quick and reliable. I love the key pad entry for the whole family so we don't need a physical key to keep track of during our stay. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall, we would stay again!

Master bed wasn’t very comfortable. The dual eye on the stove seemed off with the knob. Someone may need to check on that. Other than that everything was great. It wasn’t too loud staying on ground level. We could still see the ocean great from ground level too. We had plenty of towels and cookware in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

We purchased a fan for bedroom to help block any outside noise, left there for next guests! upgraded to a better brand of toilet paper and left coffee filters, salt and pepper, for next guests-- Those are a couple of things Brooks & Shorey should include for the price that other Air BnBs provide. Comforts of home is why we choose Bnb's over a hotel room. Overall, great place and great vacation!

Fort Walton Beach stay

Great location. Place was very clean. Point of contact was easy to deal with when reporting minor damage to a table upon arrival inspection. Beach was not crowded and the complimentary chairs were incredible. Plenty of parking as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The beach is perfect and just a few steps away. The free beach chair and umbrella service makes it even that much better. The condo itself was clean and well stocked for what we needed. We typically just did sammiches for lunch and went out for supper. With the location going back and forth to the room was a breeze. We'll definitely be back.
