Beautiful views of the ocean off the patio and main bedroom with easy check in. On the quieter side of Fort Walton/ Destin. The beach chair service makes your beach day relaxing.

Our stay and the accommodations were amazing. This was last minute on a holiday weekend PLUS a major mess up by VRBO and it still worked out. The host is communicative and kind! We recommend and hope it’s available next time!

Fall Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was great, we enjoy the location. Brooks & Shorey is always easy to work with and customer service oriented. The unit was nice, the beds comfortable and view of the gulf excellent. There are a few minor issues we encountered. It took a long time to get hot water from faucets. The guest bath tub drains very slow. Entrance way could use a daytime light since that hall is dark. Sliders were a bit hard to open. Generally, the unit could use some updating. Having said that, none of those issues were dealbreakers and we'd stay there again. We utilized the complimentary golf on three occasions. Thanks Brooks & Shorey, keep up the good work.

Great location with uncrowded beach. Condo had everything we needed. Beds slept comfortably. Housekeeping could be improved (very dirty ceiling fan blades, bath mats all need a good washing); grass clippings were all over deck upon arrival, but I’m guessing that maybe the mowers came through after the condo had already been cleaned. Unit is cute- just showing signs of wear and tear. Host was communicative and check in was a breeze. Appreciated the low density building and set of beach chairs/umbrella. Good stay overall.

The condo was just as described. The view was amazing. The beach access and restaurant accessibility was perfect. We paid for 2 baths to eliminate sharing bathrooms with the teenage daughter but her shower was clogged and our toilet didn’t flush properly so we had to share with each other. Other than that the location was great and the stay was great. It wasn’t enough for me to get annoyed and rage them any less than 4.5. I’d stay again. Thank you so much for the space.

We were very impressed with the property. We love that everything was so so accurate and accommodating. Getting around town was pretty easy. The beach access was wonderful. Everything was very clean. 10 out of 10 experience. We will definitely be back. This was one of the best vactions we have had to date. We had 1 slight hiccup with the hall bathroom that wouldnt flush but maintenance came very quickly and the rest of the stay was perfect.

Wonderful Condo and extras

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being on the first floor so we didn’t have to wait for the elevator. No one could walk in front of the back balcony due to the secured sand dunes; and the view of the gulf was perfect! The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable! My husband LOVED the free rounds of golf at different courses each day. Also, the beaches weren’t very crowded due to no high rises close by. The 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were an extra plus! We would definitely return!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property, location and view were great. However; the condo was not clean, items were broken or not functioning, such as some of the cable channels, light bulbs, bathroom fixtures. There were stains on the carpet, on the furniture. Blankets were dirty, floor was black. We will definately return to the propety...IF, it is cleaner and in good repair, next time.
