Brand new beachfront 5 bedroom/5 bath home in Galveston's premier family friendly neighborhood of Beachside Village. Enjoy 180 degree ocean views from the second or third stories of inside this climate controlled oasis. Soak in the sun with very close beach walkover access.

Beachfront new construction home comes with four king bedrooms equipped with en suite bathrooms in addition to a four-bedded bunk room for the kids. There is an expansive patio with private backyard, outdoor shower, kitchenette for grilling, downstairs lounging area with swings and loungers, and a side fire pit for evening s'mores or socializing.

The second (main) floor has a gourmet kitchen, separate bar area and laundry room. There is 180 degrees (3 walls) of windows for beach views in the main living area. One king bedroom is located on this floor near the front of the home with deck access.

The third floor features a master bedroom with private beach view deck, ensuite bath with soaking tub and generous master closet. Two additional king bedrooms are located at the front of the home with private deck access and attached full bathrooms. The bunk room is accessible just off the stairs and has one full and three twin beds.

The ground level also has a storage area with some beach equipment and a wagon. There are some chairs, kids boogie boards, and standard buckets and shovels for sand castles.

There is also an EV charger. It is a nema 14-50 plug. We provide a Tesla nema 14-50 adapter but you will need your own charging cable. We do not provide any non-tesla adapters.

Please note that Beachside Village is a growing community and there is the possibility of construction noise Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm
