The kitchen features a huge island with seating for 8 and table for 4, an induction cooktop, 2 full sized ovens, microwave drawer, separate ice maker, under counter beverage cooler and a spacious walk-in pantry. Enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds of the gulf from this amazing home. Relax outside on one of two covered decks or stroll down the private dune walkover to sand and surf.

Upon payment, you are acknowledging your acceptance. Any violation of rules/policies or any damage to the property will result in charges to your credit card on file.

Notification: Exterior doors have sensors and will alarm if left open. Keep doors closed.
You must report any non working or damaged items in house within 24 hours of check in to avoid assessment of charges to your credit card on file.
An optional accidental damage protection policy is available at the time of booking but is not connected to the property owner. You, as the renter must file any claims directly with the insurance carrier to seek reimbursement. Damage or rule violations will still be charged to your credit card.
