Whether you're in town for vacation or business, this house is perfect!

Relax and enjoy paradise living in our fully equipped 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home that offers a large family room, an updated kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a pool!

Get comfortable in the living area with a large sectional sofa or in the spacious family room with a 55" TV where you can watch your favorite movies right away from home. Our open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and the countertop is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized and a twin-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a twin-sized bed. The 4th bedroom has twin-sized and a pull-out bed.

Live for the outdoors of this home. Enjoy playing with the basketball hoop and take a dip in the sparkling non-heated pool.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 300 Mbps, and 6 parking spaces in front of the house are all provided during your stay!

Wedding/mini vacay

We were in Key Biscayne for a wedding. A group of us stayed at this house. The location is fantastic; within walking distance of shops, markets and restaurants. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the beach. House is basically equipped for making small bites (breakfast or lunch) and snacks at the house. It was nice sitting by the pool. Owner was communicative and check-in and out was easy.

Wonderful spacious house

You know a place is great when you are thinking about how quickly you can come back again during your stay! Check in process was easy. The manager answered back very quickly with any questions. The house was clean. The rooms are bigger in person. There are 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are large master-like bedrooms. The other two have single beds. Lots of storage space in the bedrooms. The 2 master-like bedrooms and one of the single bedrooms have shelves and drawers in the closet to store your things. The 4th bedroom with a single bed had a wall of shelves to store your things. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things you need in case you want to cook. Many of the pieces were new and we were taking off the tags during our stay. All of the large appliances were in good working order. We used the refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster and coffee maker. The outdoor pool was clean. There is lots of space outside in the backyard to eat or spend time out there. The house is a 5-10 minute ride to various beaches. These is a 7-11 and a Winn-Dixie grocery store in walking distance to the house along with various other stores including a CVS, although with the heat we decided to drive there. :-) The area and house are very charming and I look forward to a future trip!
