Beautiful Views!

We love Key Biscayne & staying at the Ritz. Everything thing is so easy when you are there. Check in, parking, getting around the property & using the amenities are a breeze! The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed & wanted. Communication with the owner was great- timely & free of any issues. I definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Graduation Celebration at the Ritz

The property was beyond our expectations! Fabulous space and views. James was very responsive and addressed all out needs promptly. The Ritz Carlton is an amazing property and after this experience we won’t be able to stay anywhere else! We are already planning our next stay at James’ amazing suite. This was our first Vrbo experience and was absolutely wonderful thanks to an amazing host and property!

Nice suite, but loud music

The property was lovely. Very comfortable and nicely stocked. James was easy to communicate with. The only reason I deducted a star was not due to the suite or owner, but due to the extremely loud music on two occasions for private parties hosted by the Ritz. The first night was on a Wednesday night and at least was hosted at the Dune (bar located near the beach) and was over around 10pm. The second night was on a Thursday night. The event was hosted on the grassy open area right in front of the hotel. The speakers were facing the building and the music was unbelievably loud and lasted well beyond 10pm (I turned on the tv and a white noise app on my phone to drown out the music - I could still hear the bass, but was able to fall asleep). Given the prices guests pay to stay at the Ritz, I was shocked that they would not only allow this, but be responsible for it. I heard other guests complaining the following day. My suggestion would be to call ahead of time and inquire about private events with amplified music if you have young children, have to get up early the next day, or are generally bothered by amplified music late into the night.

Great stay at this property for a quick 3 day trip on Spring Break. Parents 3 teens loved the property and amenities. The suite was perfect for our family! We will look for future opportunities to book again.

This is our second visit to this condo. It has beautiful views and is very spacious. All needed amenities are provided. This is a great condo for families. James is always accommodating and easy to work with. We love staying here and hope to return in the future!

We've stayed at this property several times. James is very accommodating. This Ritz is closing May 1 for a a 7 month refresh. It is a beautiful setting and we look forward to all the improvements and refurbishing.

Fabulous stay

We really loved the Ritz amenities. Used the pool and tennis daily. The restaurant was great and service level top notch. The views from the unit were awesome. Communication with James was great. The unit does need some updating. The resort is going to be renovated this year.

Incredible location, condo needs maintenance

The location is unbelievable. My family barely left the resort. You get access to all amenities as the Ritz (gym, spa, pools, restaurants, bars, etc...) but also have an apartment so you have access to a full kitchen. There's an incredible view off of the condo balconies as well.My biggest issue is with the condo itself. It needs a good bit of maintenance:- Ceiling fans in both bedrooms didn't work- The sliding door to the balconies are very difficult to open (I had to put my full weight behind it to get it to open)- Balcony chairs are falling apart, they have divots in all of them and made me nervous I was going to fall through- Many of the drawers were off their tracks and a few were missing knobs.If the maintenance was done I'd say this is clearly a 5 star property. The combination of location and amenities is truly amazing. I just wish the condo was in better shape.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had the best 4 night stay in Key Biscayne. This condo at the Ritz was perfect for our family. James, the host, went over and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back. Every morning, we started our day with coffee in the Ritz lounge. Then we woke up the kids to have a few hours of beach/pool time. Everyday we had lunch poolside and it was delicious. The service at the hotel was amazing as well. It’s a must stay condo and resort for the family.
