Impeccable Spacious Home on Paradise Island. Golf, sports, beach, relax

A spacious 3000 Sq. ft. single level home with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with 4 living areas, formal dinning, open kitchen, laundry room, covered terrace, swimming pool and central air conditioning. Located in a quiet residential street of Key Biscayne. Recently painted, new pool, new appliances.

Free wireless Internet, Netflix, HDtv with Apple tv, cable, DVD, Bluray player, printer/scanner. Cleaning service once a week is included. All linens and beach towels on property. We have 2 adult bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella for your use.

Master suite has a king sized bed that overlooks the pool. In suite bathroom with double vanity sink, walk in shower and jet tub.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a private full bath. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 features 2 twin beds or 1 kings and share a full bathroom across the hall.
A fourth full bathroom is located next to the laundry room and opens to the outside pool area. Guest toilet is located next to living room.

The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, has seating for 4 at breakfast counter and opens up to a bright den. Formal dinning seats 8 and in the covered terrace, a long picnic table, seats 10.

The front yard offers privacy and has hammocks under the palm trees. The pool area has loungers and a covered terrace with more hammocks and ceiling fans. This space seem to be the favorite with all guests. Read the reviews on the photos from another platform.

It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, kids playground, Village Green. The Beach Park offer residents exclusive access to the beach. Golf cart can be rented to ride around the village.

Golf, tennis, paddle board, snorkling, nature trails, cycling, kite surging, a night sky perfect for stargazing, unbeatable sunrises and sunsets plus lots more all within Key Biscayne. Miami Beach is 20 minutes drive for all restaurants and night clubs.

Very nice and confirtable home. Very well located!!

We had a great time at the house!! The property is confortable and very nice decorated; very close to shops, restaurants and nice beaches. In the house, The deck and the two playroom areas offer a great opportunity to relax and have fun with family and friends. A lot of games and books are available for different ages; and the big table in the deck enable us to dine everyday outside. We were a party of eight and we had great barbaque time! The house was very well equiped and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. To have the bikes available has been exellent to exercise and take advantage of the beutiful nature in key biscayne: and the private access to the beach was very convenient! The owner is very nice and always available for help and advise. We love the house and we are looking forward to come back!!!

Beautiful house

Wonderful house in great location. Well equipped, cozy backyard for cookout and family gathering. Very comfortable! We loved staying here and would be happy to stay again. Isabel takes great care of her renters.

Relaxing vacation in a lovely home and delightful neighborhood; wonderful hostess

We had the best spring break vacation at Key Biscayne with our family of four. Isabel greeted us and could not have been nicer. We felt welcome and truly at home. Everything worked perfectly; the house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The backyard is gorgeous, with a lovely pool and relaxing hammocks. The family room/kitchen area were perfect. Even the games and books on the shelves were fabulous. We would be delighted to return for another family vacation! Thank you!!

Cozy little house on the key

Our trip wouldn't have been the same if we hadn't stayed in this amazing home. We felt very comfortable, everything worked perfectly and the owner went out of her way to help us in anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami. The location was perfect and amenities were all top notch. The owner answered promptly all of our enquiries and made all her efforts to make us feel welcome and comfortable in her home. We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

A spacious laid back, non smoking, single level home with 4 living areas, formal dining, open kitchen, covered terrace, hammocks, swimming pool, central air conditioning, 10 minute walk to the beach. Located in a quiet residential street.
In 2021 the house was updated with new coat of paint throughout, new mattresses, new window treatment, new Smart tv, new appliances, new pool.
Close to a variety of sport and attractions: Golf, tennis, padle, swimming, padleboard, trails, aquarium, art museums.

This is a lived house, so everything is in working order, used regularly and cleaned on a regular basis. It is a quiet house on a quiet street that offers plenty of space for families or working partners. Fully furnish with everything you might need for your stay, from computers to board games.
