However, we're disappointed to learn that a few aspects of your stay affected your rating of our villa. We're sorry that the living room couches didn't meet your expectations. The owners recently invested in brand-new couches to enhance the villa's comfort and aesthetics. We understand that comfort preferences can vary from person to person, and we regret that they fell short of your expectations. As for your assessment regarding the TVs, they are brand new and adequate for the comfort of the living room and primary suite. Additionally, the photos provided accurately depict the relative size of the TVs in comparison to the room. The same goes for your comment about the lack of a bathroom on the first floor. It's unfortunate that these aspects were highlighted as a fault, especially considering that your decision to stay in the property was made with full knowledge of its amenities. Regarding the screen door, we sincerely wish you had contacted us during your stay so we could have promptly addressed these issues. We encourage open communication during our guests' stays to address any concerns promptly. Had we been made aware of the problem, we would have taken immediate steps to resolve it to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. It's important to note that low ratings significantly impact the visibility and reputation of our villa. We strive to provide exceptional experiences for all our guests.
