While we are happy that you liked the condo, we are very sorry to hear that you got caught up in an issue with the Beach Service and Homeowners’ Association. Guests are not expected to have to deal with this and we are shocked that it happened. After some research, it seems that when you initially made the reservation (several months before your actual stay) the ordinances read one way, the Association changed the rules and that change went into effect before your vacation began. Even though we immediately changed the wording, you may have missed it when we gave you your paperwork upon check in. Even so, we take full responsibility and should have been more forthcoming with any changes. Again, we sincerely apologize and hope you will reconsider and give us the opportunity to host you at Costa Del Sol again in the future.
