We are a Saturday to Saturday rental with a minimum of 7 nights during the summer peak season.

BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS cover all 3 levels – Breathtaking views of the gulf and the picture perfect sunrises and sunsets are yours from every level as each has its own deck. Splash around in the Gulf or watch your loved ones from the balcony.

There are several great restaurants within walking distance - Pompano Joes Restaurant is literally right next door; outlet malls, boutique stores, public world-class golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and many other activities that are nearby for all ages.

Sleeping arrangements - total unit sleeps 15 comfortably with 3 queen beds and 1 king bed -- upper level beachfront master bedroom offers a king bed and master bath with sliding glass doors to your own private balcony. The upper level also offers a charming 2nd bedroom with queen bed and on-suite bathroom. The main level offers a queen sleeper sofa and the lower level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed & full size bunk w/pullout and the other bedroom with a queen bed and Day Bed with Trundle.

Amenities include central air conditioning throughout, cable tv's in all bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, fully equipped full size kitchen (added a Keurig single cup brewing system so bring you K-cups!), stackable washer/dryer in the Master suite laundry room and full size washer/dryer on first level. Initial linens provided, outside shower on beach level, gas grill on main level deck (guest provide propane).

Family Rentals Only - our property will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Exceptions must be in writing from the Owner. An exception is available for married couples under age 25.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Any sign of smoking or smokeless tobacco (sorry...this means no smoking on the outside decks either).
