Mediterranea is one of the crown jewels of Miramar Beach, centered between South Walton and Destin. Within this resort-style condominium, Mediterranea 514E, sits above the rest. A top-floor penthouse suite with unmatched personal touches, this unit features marble floors throughout and tropical accents. Casual opulence is the only way to describe the esthetic of this four bedroom, four bath condo, and one to be enjoyed by up to 12, very-lucky beach seekers.

From the moment you enter, your gaze will be drawn to the spectacular view. Moving throughout the condominium, each space leads gently to the next. The grand entrance way is wide and spacious. Entering the living room, you'll be struck by the bright wall of light emanating from the patio windows and doors. Vaulted ceilings make the already open floor plan even more welcoming. Comfortable couches and chairs are found in both living areas: the perfect place to plan for your next day on the beach. The dining area looks out onto the patio and wide, green lawn, over scenic 98 and on to the white sandy shore. The kitchen features the latest appliances and plenty of room for everyone to move around. Whether you’re prepping the picnic lunch or preparing a culinary cavalcade, this vacation rental is well suited to prepare light bites or serve a small army.

The primary bedroom features a private balcony, king-size bed and an ensuite bath with separate walk in shower and soaking tub to relax in after a great day at the beach. The two secondary rooms also have king beds and ensuite baths. The fourth bedroom, ideal for a children’s room, features two bunks (twin over full). All the rooms are equally spacious and well-appointed.

Mediterranea features a horseshoe layout, its great amenities and of course its proximity to the beach and Pompano Joe’s restaurant have kept visitors coming back again and again. Other amenities include a fitness center, underground parking for two vehicles and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
