5 bed/3 bath, 2724 sqft, waterfront home with direct gulf access, meaning no locks or bridges hindering your outdoor water adventures! We are located minutes away from open water. We are located minutes from Bimini Basin, where many water festivities are typically held.

We have an outdoor lanai area with a screened heated pool and outdoor dining. The backyard has a tikibar and hammock for you to soak in the sun! The converted garage to game room is full of activities for everyone to enjoy!

SE Cape Coral is where the majority of restaurants and stores are located at. We are minutes to Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Myers and 25 minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport.

***Living Arrangements are as followed:
1) Master Bedroom: King size bed with full size bath. There is a 55 inch TV and office desk with chair. Full bath includes a jacuzzi.

2) Bedroom #2: King size bed with ample closet space.

3) Bedroom #3: Queen size bed with ample closet space.

4) Bedroom #4: Queen size bed with ample closet space.

5) Bedroom #5: One of the largest room in the house with two trundle bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a top twin bed and a bottom full size bed. The bunk bed also has a pull out twin trundle. In the bedroom, there is an office desk and chair.

***Lanai and Pool:
We have a large lanai space with a screened cover. It has a HEATED SALT pool that can be used year-round (limited to 8am-10pm). We also provide outdoor dining table and chairs so that everyone can enjoy the space together. For our pool, we provide pool volleyball and inflatables. The lanai has an eggshell chair for those that want to sit and relax in the sun.

***Backyard Boat Lift with Tikibar
The backyard has a new tikibar for you to enjoy and sit by the dock. It also has a boat lift for you to park your boat! It is open to all of our guest! Soak in the sun while laying on the hammock or chilling by the deck on the adirondack chairs! Or, play a round of corn hole!

***Garage
We have converted our garage to a game room. The room is air conditioned via a ductless mini split. The game room has a set of arcade games on an adjustable height table so that everyone can enjoy. There is a pool table, foosball table, a dual ping-pong/air hockey table and an indoor putt putt mini-golf. Sit and lounge around the set of high top tables and chairs while watching a game on the 65 inch TV. We also have plenty of board games available for those nights that you just want to snuggle in!

***Kitchen:
We have a very large kitchen. We provide salt, pepper, olive oil and sugar. Cookware, bakeware, plates, cups, and utensils. Appliance list include: microwave, Keurig that allows for k-cups and filtered coffee, electric kettle for hot water, Vitamix blender, toaster and charcuterie board. ** Parking:
We have free parking on premise! Please note that we have converted our garage into a game room. That means all parking spaces will be outdoors. We have a large driveway that can fit 2 large cars or 4 small cars.

** Beach Equipment:
We provide basic beach equipment for those that want to enjoy the nearby beaches! We provide a water cooler, beach umbrella, two beach chairs, and a beach blanket.
